Good location And friendly staff

The room was above the fans from the kitchen so quite noisy. Tiny shower .

the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

the room smelled of smoke and many little things were broken or loose, bedside lamp, shelf and toilet paper holder eg. Shower way too hot no matter what I tried.

Nice rooms and good location

Breakfast was not good, hotel short staffed. Quality of food really poor

The bed was sooooo small we barely fit in it together it seemed more like a three quater bed. We turned getting off as we arrived but it was very hot

The size of the bedroom

Could not get into room 8 and tried 3 times, so I was given another room after 3 trips to reception. The next day, he could not get into the new room, and when entered the room had not been serviced. Bins not empty, cups not cleaned, bed not made, even after complaining no coffee or tea replaced. Asked for a beef sandwich but no beef. As being disabled it was a lot of walking around sorting things out.

Rooms were modern, beds were comfy. Staff at reception were very welcoming and chatty.

Stayed with another couple they payed less than us and room was twice as big. We didn’t have bed and breakfast so pay separate for breakfast. £14 for a poor breakfast toast was burnt sausages not fully cooked.

Location food and town were lovely
