The rooms are perfectly located with Birkdale village and very close to the train station. I have stayed here a number of times and always feel safe.

Very comfortable room. A little small and would expect breakfast included at the price. Ambience perfect.

Location was good
Small rooms and very small bathroom. It said it could sleep 3 but one bed was a camp bed- not really suitable for adult. Milk was out of date and only 2 mugs in room for 3 adults.

The room was warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe there and also the owners were so friendly and helpful. It is very central and so has good access to shops, restaurants, station etc.

Wasn't made aware how very small the room was when booking.
Should have been cheaper by comparison

Great location and lovely rooms. The staff are amazing and really helpful. Had a great selection of drinks in the bar and was very welcoming.
The only thing I didn't like was the pillows are too thin for me but other than that everything was perfect.
