Cleanliness especially the washrooms. Room furniture, looks old. Tea kettle, not at all clean. Overall cleanliness is a big issue.

The evening buffet which was tasty -- Chinese items . The clean room

No newspapers and even when I asked at night, there was no effort nor offer to get me newspapers next morning . Very poky bathroom , esp hand wash/shave area - very small and door too close . No space to hang hand towel. No dustbin in toilet. No floor mat for safety /grip in shower area. No response to my " at original booking request " for an airport shuttle service enquiry - I had to ring them on day of arrival to know their answer. Quality of screening of football in snooker room very poor. Very limited breakfast buffet , with only two fruits and no fresh fruit juice and no dry fruits at all. At evening buffet, the Malwani fish was a bahsa fish...terrible ...it is not fish .... there should have been a proper real fish - sole or surmai or ...... , instead of rubbery cheap tasteless bahsa stuff ! They were supposed to send me a coffee to my room , as the machine was not working at restuarant, but they did not Very high room charge and poor exchange

Very small room,small queen bed..Nitish..Lines are very very old an shabby. Its like highway dhaba hotel with nothing good about it yet there tarrif is very high.. One can max pay 1000 per day against they made pay 3500 per night. Take this property out of booking.com pest few more sunder..

Rooms were too small and not as per Lemon Tree Standard at all No tissue paper in the room.

Location of the hotel

The complimentary breakfast was very poor. It was below average. the taste was below average. Since it was a couple room there should have been two number of cups, water bottles, toothbrush pack. There was no conditioner, soap, shampoo ( this was same as shower gel).
