I liked the outside area, the look of place is very nice, green places around.

I didnt like the food, breskfest included was poor, i didnt like that people are allowed to smoke inside the restorunt and they dont allow you to sit outside if ypur meal is included. Also, cleaning the room was not ferqwenr, we stayed7 days but only twice came to clean and thats after we asked... they also almost not provide enoghe toilet paper... crazy.

The location is amazing and there was a kids play zone which was a super perfect option for us.

The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, I made a request for early check in and the answer was in booking " if available", when we arrived at 10:00 morning after long night trip he informed me to go take around and come back at 2:00, otherwise I have to pay half day staying. When i asked about the answer in the booking platform, he told me it is a standard answer we give to all and when the guest arrives they ask them to pay or wait till the check in time. He forced me to pay half day which I do not have other options after a long trip. I respect the hotel roles, but you have to be clear with guests and I have the right to know this information in advance when I asked about it, not to get the information after I arrived at your location.

I advise the management to work hard with - staff training how to deal with guests - train the housekeeper how to clean the room - change the bed mattress for the comfort of guests - add some Arabic TV CHANNELS as they have a quiet good number of Arab guests

Not well cleaned especially the bathroom and kitchen, heating system was very bad, also there is no sound insulator, there is no washing machine and laundry service is bad there is no dryer.

Breakfast was ok. They didn't refill any item if it finished. If you go after 9;30 most of the food is finished . I had a conflict with one staff member in the reception who told me to go outside the hotel to get a plastic bag in order for my laundry to be taken by the hotel.. He was very mean even when I told him the hotel should provide this service he said( what can I do ) so (me ) as a guest in the hotel shuold leave the hotel campus and ( as he said) go to a super market to get a plastic bag. That was very rude.
