The location was amazing and the hosts were friendly and helpful. They assisted with our taxis and everything. Having the terrace and plunge pool was such an awesome perk. We unfortunately came at a time that was colder and rainy so we didn’t get to use it, though.

This was truly nothing negative. The bed was just slightly hard but we know that’s customary for Greece. Other than that we were super comfortable.

The sunset was perfect. The host was so kind , friendly and helpful!

Location was a 5' walk to center of Fira, up some stairs. Easy walk for coffee and breakfast spots in the morning. View was fantastic, as was the rooftop patio which we used for a happy hour/sunset gathering each night. Just know that the bedroom is a loft which requires going up and down a ladder-like stairway to use the bathroom. Very clean and spacious and host was very helpful with local information.

Only tough part was walking up and down the stairs with luggage to get to the suites from Atlantis hotel drop off spot. The host did offer a bellboy service to do this but we did not use it. Probably should have!

Lovely elderly couple owning the hotel. Very cozy room with a beatiful decorations. Flexible services. The cladera view and the sunset from the private top terrace were beatiful.

The views are simply stunning. the owner is really nice and helpful. The property is lovely. You have to be a little careful going up and down the stairs, which are basically a ladder. We had a fantastic three days there and would go back.

Getting your heavy luggage down the steps to the property, and back up again, is a bit of a challenge but it is the price you have to pay for the location.

Love the private terrace and private plunge pool with that amazing view! We could even see a few donkeys walking pass! We had the superior room so we also have the private plunge pool which is a very good size and bigger than most hot tubs. The private terrace is big with good quality sun loungers. Love big sun bed next to the pool! Fanis is very helpful. We were too hot to sleep the first night and he found us a fan the following day which made it possible for us to sleep the following night. He also look after our luggage after check out so we can have a few hours walking around before leaving the area. He replied all my messages on booking.com which some other places didn’t.

It’s a split level - bedroom upstairs, bathroom and lounge downstairs. The stairs is quite steep and not very deep so not very to walk up and down. You have to be extra careful if you get up in the middle of the night and go to toilet. There is only one air conditioner in the bedroom area and it’s not powerful enough to cool down both upstairs and downstairs. We were there on a day around 30c, it was hot in the room even in the evening. You have to go outside and walk along the side of the building to get to the terrace, so don’t expect you can walk to your private terrace and hot tub straight from your room in your bikini. It’s not a long walk so it’s not a major problem, just inconvenience. There’s a higher wall with door to provide privacy for the pool from the other side of the terrace, and low wall between the private terrace for the superior room and the terrace for the other 2 rooms. We had a inconsiderate guest walked to our private terrace to take photos when we were in the pool! It could be sign to show that part of terrace is for superior room only, also maybe some plants to raise the height of the low wall to block people walk across it, without blocking view of taking photos. Some shades (maybe a triangular sun sail ) on the terrace over the pool would be great, also it would provide some privacy from the terrace above. No car can park near the hotel. You have to walk down quite a few steep pebble steps from Hotel Atlantis so pack light!

We spend very nice weekend in place with probably the best view to volcano and caldera on the Santorini. Very good place in Thira. You can easy reach the center and the bus stop. Very hospitable owner 👍

This property is exceptional- staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was incredible and the views for sunset amazing. Would definitely love to stay again.

The location was just perfect…located just next to one of the most photographed churches in Fira, with amazing sunsets and views of the caldera and downtown Fira. The rooftop hot tub was really nice as well although the weather during our stay was a bit on the chilly side so we did not use it as much as we had anticipated. The suite was nicely furnished although the beds were a bit harder than we are used to from the U.S. The shops and restaurants are just a short walk away and although you cannot park right outside…free public parking is only a 10 minute walk away. Please be advised…that Fira is really not a great place to visit if you have any mobility issues. The town is built on the side of a cliff so most hotels, shops and restaurants are reached via pedestrian only steps and walkways…there is a lot of climbing both up and down steps. It was not a problem for us…but I would not bring my older parents here.

The bathroom shower had no door or shower curtain so even trying to be very careful with the hand held shower head…the bathroom floor had to be ‘mopped up’ after each use. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was left very humid and covered with condensation. The facility is only four two story units…one of which is occupied by the owner/proprietor so this is not a place with a lobby or any additional facilities. We rented the superior unit which included use of a private rooftop hot tub which was separated from the other rooftop area with a short locked door and an even shorter ledge you could simply hop over. I mistakenly thought that this would be accessible from our room…but please be aware that you have to walk around the entire building to access the roof from a locked door and staircase at the rear of the building. Nevertheless…the chaise lounge chairs and hot tub were very well maintained. If you aren’t going to make use of the hot tub…don’t pay extra for the superior room…the other half of the rooftop is just the same…minus the hot tub and I believe the rooms themselves are all similar two story rooms with the second floor loft-like bedrooms accessible from a steep ladder. However, this all being said, we really enjoyed our stay…just adding these comments in not so much as problems…more as information so you know what to expect😊

The kindest and most helpfull host that we ever had! Always available for help and even carried our heavy luggage back upstairs to the square for our taxi at 5h30 in the morning. The beautiful appartment is very clean, spacious, just far enough from the bars in the centre for a peaceful stay and has the most amazing view from the terrace. Loved staying here!

Super clean and cute set up. Great location for views. There is a terrace you have access to for the sunset which was amazing. The apartment is at the bottom of a lot of stairs though, so if you have large luggage or health problems that make it difficult for you to go up and down stairs this is not a good choice. The bed is also on the second floor of the loft and you have to climb almost ladder-like stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us but something to consider for those with any health issues.

There is no reception so check in was a slight issue. I had indicated online that we would arrive between 12-1pm. No one contacted us to say this was a problem so we assumed it was fine. We arrived and no one was there. On the site it says check in is at 3pm but I assumed we would at least have a place to leave our bags but there wasn’t. Thankfully we were able to contact the host quite easily on WhatsApp and they arrived shortly after. But it would have been nice to know that there is no reception. It would also have been nice for the host to reach out to us to let us know how the check in process works.

Location, location, location!!!! The view outside our unit was amazing. Only a short walk to all the restauraunts and main area. Room was perfect, comfy bed and air con! Everything you need downstairs, fridge, couch and TV for some down time. Would defo recommend staying here!!

The sewage smell from the pipes was terrible, it actually woke us up. It gets quite hot and stuffy in the room, but you can't really sleep with an open window, as there are bars with music outside. Note that getting to the bedroom requires you to climb a steep ladder. No curtain/glass in the shower means the whole bathroom is flooded every time you shower.

The owner is very helpful and polite. The place is really nice and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere. Will visit again

Beautiful rooms, amazing location and a great host. You can watch directly from the Terrance the romantic Sunset, which is absolutely stunning. The suite had everything what you need and provided a lot of space. And the host was extremely helpful, helped us with the arrival and gave us amazing recommendations to restaurants close by.
