Great location, city hotel with good hot spring facilities

Nothing but just like standard city hotel, room space is limited. The bed is more on the harder side which might be good for people with spine issue.

Convenience and Clean. The hotel located near kokura station and easy to find out. The staff delivered a good service.

Small bath room.

Location is the best choice in 小 倉， Transportation, Shopping mall, 小倉城, and Street food, all you can reach easily. The Price is valuable.

The decoration of the room needs a modern refresh. The check in took a good 30min as the hotel did not accept apple pay payments and there was any issue with my other card. The staff was helpful though

I liked a large bath and sauna are fantastic. A breakfast was good either.

The amazing bath, friendly staff, amazing customer care

A busimess hotel with good value, good location and great staff who speak English really well. The standard pillow in the room is a bean type pillow, however a normal pillow was available on a shelf at the entrance. Compared to most business hotels it is probably a little better.

Overall cleanliness in the room ok, but I think it needs a deep clean. Tjere is a water kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea was provided as hotels usually would, not sure if it was on purpose or not.

Firstly when we arrived at the hotel the parking attendant was very kind and quickly had our car parked even before we had checked in. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was central near Kokura Castle which was a main attraction we wanted to see.

Hotel is near to the train station and around are many shopping.

The carpet in room was dirty.

It was a pretty standard hotel experience, but not in a bad way. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they held our bags until check-in. I accidentally booked a smoking room and was very grateful that they were able to upgrade it to a larger non-smoking room for a small additional fee. We didn't use the bath, so I can't comment on that one.

The room was rather dark and dated, but it was still clean and comfy.
