Nice pool with hot water.

The room smelled really really bad! Not acceptable for this kind of hotel.

Everything. The room was big, super comfortable bed. Tasty breakfest. We also choose to eat dinner there (the baraka restaurant) and it was good! We used the gym which was small but nice (no high weights but it was fine..) We had to stay for 1 night but we know that it is a good place to come back if we'll get to San Jose again in the future.

Breakfast was nice, option of the gallo pinto or the american breakfast. Bed in the room was absolutely huge and very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. There is an indoor swimming pool with a huge skylight above it. Nice hotel.

I didn't generally feel very safe in San Jose but this was a nice location.

breakfast is a little limited, only three options and 2 cups of coffee

Internet was lousy at the room and they must take care of have available electrical outlets, there were 2 at 1.2 m height with no table or shelf

Really great staff accommodating all our needs. When they said breakfast was included, I didn't expect a really good breakfast.

The restaurant - really is a downgrade since they changed - not an appealing menu and the staff were really quite surly, not at all welcoming. Breakfast (American) was meagre to say the least and it took quite an effort to get a slice of toast!

Always love seeing my girl Karen at the front desk when i arrive she is so beautiful friendly and kind ! 💕 i think the manager is so very kind he always greets me and always remembers me which means so much ! Very kind people ! Love the breakfast the staff is amazing !!! 👏 great place , just cant say enough about everyone at the KC ! See you soon guys !! Sandra Mckelvey xo

central location and easily accessed from airport to highway

had to upgrade room to the junior suite which is in a quieter area of the building as the double-standard rooms are right next to the MediPet veterinarian clinic and the constant sound of dogs barking and whining may disturb some

The room smells humidity

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for the first night in costa rica and had lots of questions and they tried to help us. The room was big and comfy. Hot water in the shower. We had to leave early in the morning and miss breakfast so they made us a sandwich to go. We haven't used it but there is a nice pull and gym.

The shower has a little draining problem and I had to play with the water temperature for a while.

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Gorge and Irene they went out of their way to help us all the staff were excellent

everything clean help was there in minutes!
