Location is pretty central
Room 33 was awful, I stayed previously in room 37 and had a much better experience. There was a pulsating whirring noise that drove me crazy whilst trying to sleep all night. The dividing doors into the toilet were almost impossible to get into and left you feeling dirty from touching them. The bathroom was grubby and dated, the cups were chipped and the microwave was dirty with food. The reception couldn’t care less when telling her in the morning. I will not be returning! Very disappointed.

The comfortable bed, my body melted into it. Exceptionally relaxing.
The washing/drying facilities for guests need to be upgraded, i.e., dryer did not dry the clothes, I ended up taking to a laundrette. One washing machine for a place that is busy can be frustrating if you stay more than a night and transitting to work.

The MOTEL was close the hospital, breast screen and Canelands.
No biscuits to go with a cuppa.

Lady at front desk very helpful, friendly, bright and bubbly. She was more than accomodating giving us recommendations on where to have dinner which was very helpful. The rooms were quiet, clean and modern. Great location if stopping for a night whilst travelling as it’s on the main road however the motel is so quiet you wouldn’t know. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was untidy and very few amenities. Room was very small. AC wasn’t working.

Bed was fabulous… king bed super comfortable… place was spotless, light and airy. Needed a closet , wine glasses and having to wash the dishes and crockery in the only sink which was the bathroom was a little strange

It was close to the heart of Mackay and the room was quite big
On arrival were told air conditioner in bedroom wasn't working,on entry found a sock hanging out from under bed and a hair tie on the bedside table so cleaning wasn't good..also either a band working or practising very close so very noisy and traffic noise load.

Just here for one night. Room was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. Was quiet with minimal traffic noise.
Situated on the main road through Mackay so a little difficult to enter and leave when traffic is busy.

In the room has tea coffee and a toaster, but there was no plates, forks or knife, no dish cloths and no detergent to clean any of the cups and spoons.

There was noise all night long clicking banging planes flying over waking us up and there was no extra pillows no were to hang your clothes or more warm blankets no face washers bath room was too small for the toilet showers together and there was step down in to shower if U didt know about you could hurt your self

After we got there they started renovating paint fumes gave us headaches machinery noise non stop they should have closed for this big a project avoid like the plague!!!
