I liked the view from the room and the facilities in the room.

Noisy neighbours, all was heard from the corridor.

The decoration from the room are very old, need to refresh it. The effort from the clean woman not the best. From 3 elevator are 1 broken, means sometimes need to wait 15-20min.

Overall, a nice place. A bit old, but clean rooms. Location is good. Lot of western restaurants nearby. New towels, shampoo every day. Nice seaview if you are above 30th floor. No bad smell, except one time there was from toilet. Shower needs maintenance. Pool is nice, could be bigger.

Smoking in hallway permitted?! Unbelievable. No door/wall/screen on bathroom?! No visible wifi password, had to check under router. Fridge doesn't work if you're out on beach. Slippers are plastic.

Bed is comfy, shower is good and the room is quite clean but it looks tired and need a refamp.

The lift is absolutely a in the neck. It’s the second time I come to this hotel and the quality of the breakfast has dropped WAY too much from the first time. I Booked my days in with breakfast but after the first attempt I absolutely gave up. Even the butter were some bad I couldn’t even eat a slice of bread. I’ve asked for refund but nobody give me a clear path to follow and get the money back. The stuff is fine but the checkin process took from us around 20min for just 3 rooms.

-The location is excellent. -3 minutes from the beach. -A lot of restaurants near by.

- Breakfast - Noisy guests, constant door slamming late in to the night. -Smoking in the hallway. -Long wait for the elevator.

Nice and cozy rooms with balcony! Every day room cleaning very clean and good! Cute towel figures on the bed every day:) Don’t hesitate to pay for one of the top floors with sea view ! It’s amazing, even the city view was great !

Also a bit old fashion, but still nice. Careful about ears! Got a bit crazy going everyday to floor 32, so high , sometimes headache :(

It was clean and presentable. We were helped by a lovely member of staff who made it very good for us. The location is perfect and the pool is good.

The rooms aren't very sound proof from the outside. You can hear everyone walking in the halls, screaming, running, slamming doors and it was a struggles to sleep late or get woken up every day. There was also the noise from outside. Building and daily life. That was not so bad.

The photos of the property are excellently taken but this is never a 5 heart property 3 at best. Place is run down pool area decking and furniture needs updating. Staff need to be as helpful as cleaning staff. A child was sick in the pool lifeguard didn’t tell anyone and then used the net to get collect the lumps (good job we saw it happen), also allowed children to be naked around pool for kids aged 8 to 10 years old. Made my daughter feel very uncomfortable.

View is great.

Didn't clean up our room, unless we ask them. Breakfast- it's a challenge if you don't eat Chinese food, not a lot of choices.
