The TV didnt work most of the time.
The furniture was old and damaged, especially the coffee table
The suitcase stand was very rusty
Some of the crockery had been used and not washed.
Ther was no bin in the kitchen
The vacuuming was very poor
The cleaning was very substandard.

The beds were really bad. We are big travellers and have stayed in properties all over the world some with fabulous beds and some with not great beds, but I would have to say these were the worst ever. Plus Tv in lounge area not working properly.

Great pool access , great view . Able to make own meals there . Excellent location with convenient diggers bar restaurant just below complex . Convenience of fold out sofa bed
The dryer did not work ,or we were unable to make it go on , was annoying as we had a lot of wet clothes needing drying . One of the drawers where utensils were was grubby with food crumbs and what looked like cockroaches droppings . The waste drain on the outdoor balcony was blocked so water pooled there ,possibly from the aircon machine outside ,this made it messy when u wanted to walk inside to the carpeted area .
One of the lights in the bathroom was out and was difficult to see trying to do makeup in the mirror bathroom
One one knife in kitchen , could do with a salad bowl or two ,just small bowls

The location was perfect and the pool was amazing for my daughter.
The property could have been cleaner. The kitchen had crumbs on the counter tops and the floors hadn’t been cleaned. It didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay but it could definitely have been cleaned better.

Picking up keys lovely lady served me, also Kylie and Micheal were super helpful it was an exhausting experience trying to contact after hours Matt wasn't very keen to hear what my concerns or issues were and after 12.30 on Sat couldn't reach him again very bad experience would not recommend to use you guys

Free underground parking was good. Diggers bistro was good, There was no room service and no dishwasher either.
The address on the instructions was incorrect and we needed to ask a Laundry business where we could pick up the keys.
We had some issues with the magnetic keys on a weekend and Mantra refused to assist us as the host were closed.
I would also say that for the price of the accommodation that cleaning should be included.

Pity it wasn’t facing pool area, but great property in general. Could’ve changed the linen on the sofa lounge, had sand on it.

Close to town and easy to walk everywhere😊
The veranda was dirty, beer bottles were on the ground from last visitors & rubbish bins had rubbish in them when we arrived. There was also smudge marks in the sliding doors on arrival.

Dated furniture , chipped and stained mugs, terrible service and caterpillar in food at rsl club , how reception couldn’t resolve issues with a key that would occasionally not work , they couldn’t access the site of the old spa to retrieve my child’s plush toy that fell off the balcony . No dishwasher .

Location was suitable for a family function at Ettalong
Some of the facilities were a little tired, the Ironing board cover had holes in it and the iron was very old and had lots of scratches on it, also there was no Wi-fi within the apartment

The location was great and the pool was fantastic
The room was outdated and dirty.
The aircon was leaking and the drains were blocked causing the patio to flood.
We had dirty old sheets on the fold out sofa bed and the washing machine had mould in it

the people were nice
the cockroaches in the rooms , the fact that the room was not wheelchair friendly like I was advised when I called to confirm the booking , the entry room had a hazard lip on entry and slight lip step down into the lounge area , this meant that it my mother who is wheelchair reliant could not access or move around the room without assistance, I was advised that the bathroom was wheelchair friendly , it was a walk in shower that WAS accessible with the wheelchair only to find that I could not even get the wheelchair into the bathroom let alone near the shower unit.

Was very disappointed with the owner of this property. I rung the property on the Tuesday before our stay, to ask for a date change or refund as I had just received a phone call from my mum to tell me that they had found a tumor on her brain and spinal cord. I needed to be with her. I don't think it would be too much to ask to show some compassion in this situation. but no they took our $1244. I have a motel and I try and work people, sometimes it's not all about the dollar. I do hope when the owner needs some support that he receives it.
