Clean and quite large rooms. Neat kitchen The owner of the place took care of us for really great breakfasts. It had everything. All kinds of sausages, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. milk and eggs. And all in really large quantities. He even took care of cornflakes and every morning we would get warm baguettes and homemade cake. He really pampered us with all his heart.

The racket in the kitchen was a Tefal one, but we really couldn't cook with it. Recommended to change to another type :)

The owners/staff deserve a gold medal for their kindness and effort that they put into this place. The kind of place you’d wanna retire and live the rest of your life in! We had the two bedroom and one living room apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Kind of far from main attractions, but there is a metro station at 3 min walk distance and ride share is pretty cheap.

Stay in this hotel will be remembered for a long time by our family. If I visit Prague again, I will definitely stay here. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, just like home. The rooms are large and nearly everything that you will need is prepared. My family are very satisfied. The owner is VERY kind and breakfast is served in abundance every morning. It is exceptionally clean. Towels are changed every day. Access to public transportation is also easy-we could use the subway or tram without any inconveneince. No need to move with a car. Overall, an experience beyond outstanding!

Very small parking spots - impossible to utilize all spots without blocking other cars (not perceived as an issue by the owner when pointed out) Some pieces of furniture are obviously past their lifespan DIY breakfast - ham, cheese, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, jam, eggs, two tomatoes, an apple, water/juice stored in a mini-fridge; you can pick whatever you want but after a few days, the choices are pretty limited; you also get a fresh baguette every morning - once I didn't eat it right away, I stopped receiving these for the rest of my stay (I am not really sure if that was the reason or a discussion about perceived issues with the owner, however, it saved the establishment 10 CZK per baguette per day; the owner was not present during the check-out, so I can only take a guess) Some days my stuff was moved around the room after cleaning which was super weird Water pressure and water temperature stability are horrible - clearly an issue with the infrastructure and its capacity even though in some replies to other reviews it is suggested that it can be easily fixed (I highly doubt it, but it's a fitting excuse) One day bugs were coming from the wash basin (while taking pictures I noticed horrendous mold inside of the wash basin) - after considering moving to another accommodation and alerting reception, the owner's wife immediately apologized and took care of it (correct approach), but when discussing the same issue with the owner the next day, he shrugged it off since he didn't perceive it as an issue and considered it normal

Everything from the very begining was wonderful, very warm welcome, friendly host, service was outstanding.

Quiet, friendly staff, clean, and breakfast (was in room but plenty of choices). Had to take the metro to all the sites but it was close and (the metro) was easy to navigate. I requested a person to pick me up from the airport and take me the property because it was a long flight. The person was waiting for me and very nice. The cost was appropriate.

everything was fantastic. this might have been our most enjoyable stay at a hotel ever. Such friendly people. thank you.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. The attitude of the owners, the cleanliness, everything was absolutely amazing. From now on I will stay here when in Prague.

Very nice place and friendly host. We feel there like at home. Thanks for tips what to see during sightseeing and where to eat:) Apartments are really big. Big plus for parking place and small distance from metro station.

The rooms are very big, the staff is friendly and free private parking is available.

I did not regret that I chose this hotel again for my trip to Prague. Great, clean, comfortable rooms. The room provides everything for a comfortable stay: a large comfortable bed, a refrigerator, a kettle with tea accessories. Special thanks to the housemaid (sorry I didn't ask your name for personal thanks) for everyday cleaning and for helping with the suitcase (I'm disabled and I can't lift heavy objects). Welcoming hosts. In 2014, we stopped by car, now I used public transport, but this did not cause any difficulties. Within walking distance of the metro Rajská zahrada , and who does not like to walk can use buses 110 and 141 to the metro Hloubětín. Thanks once more.
