This was a fantastic place to stay! It was in a great location close to restaurants & breweries. We walked to the waterfront for wine tastings & lunch. I would stay again & highly recommend for others.

What a great place! Great location, walking distance to food, fun and my Mom’s for her Birthday (80th). A garage big enough for our motorcycle trailer, Indian and our full size SUV.
We loved how clean and supplied this VRBO was and so nicely decorated too. Comfortable bed and just plain “AWESOME”!!!

A super convenient location, close to downtown, waterfront and highways. Literally across the street
From cafes, restaurants, barber shop, Walgreens and boutiques etc… the only drawback is that the window is it’s on a busy street and traffic noise can be loud. This however was not an issue at all at night. It was quiet and we slept like babies.

This property was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here and loved walking out on to Main St to grab breakfast or a drink. We would stay here again!

This townhome is in a fantastic location in Vancouver. There is plenty to do in Vancouver, but it is an easy drive to all things Portland. Be sure to visit the bakery directly across the street from the townhome and the famous Piehole Pizzaria less than a block away. There is a Walgreens within easy walking distance as well.
If you have heavy luggage, you should unload your car on the street level before parking. The 20 steps up a steep staircase from the garage are no joke!

My past experience is that properties are not quite as good as they look online. This was an exception. It was even better than I expected. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. So many lovely details right down to some of the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid my head on. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastically swanky place, uptown near food, drink, good walk or jog. Well decorated and thoughtful furnishings with owners that are punctual with good communication. Next time I come to Vancouver I hope to book this place.

This is a very nice town home with private parking in a garage. Plenty of restaurants and convenient places that you can walk to. One thing if you have a problem walking stairs there are stairs from the garage and in the townhouse.

We spent a weekend in Vancouver and were very pleased with our choice to stay here. The location is great, walking distance to bakeries, a tap house and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when visiting.

We've stayed in several rentals over the past couple years and this one has been our favorite. I was concerned about a shared wall since this is a townhouse, but there is a law office on the other side. Nice and quiet. This property is clean, updated, and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and there is a lovely outdoor space behind the townhouse. The upstairs TV is a little tricky bc it's hooked up to a PlayStation but my brother figured it out. Also there is no bathroom on the first floor; and when the listing says it might not be suitable for ppl with mobility issues, believe them. There are 2 sets of stairs you have to navigate regularly. We found the garage with no problem. One of the best things about this rental is the location. There is a ton of stuff within waling distance of this place and it is such a nice area. We loved it! I will say there is considerable street noise on the street side of the house but it dies down at night so it wasn't an issue for us. The hosts provided coffee and toiletries and were very responsive. This was an amazing place.

This is a truly modern place right in the center of Vancouver. You can walk to pretty much everywhere from this place. Some of the best bars, restaurants are just steps away. The town house has everything you need. This is the place for us to stay when you come back to Vancouver.

Near to a bakery, Starbucks, Walgreens, and a place to buy special “green” if you want. We didn’t even think about the date we were there (4/20) until we saw the line by the special green store. Too funny!

The townhouse is beautiful and tastefully furnished, extremely clean and perfectly located in the heart of Uptown Vancouver. Everything you need is in easy walking distance. And Portland is only 15 minutes away.

Newer property, very clean, nice kitchen and well stocked with amenities. Very comfortable beds and nearby bathrooms. Only detraction is lack of first floor bathroom, but no biggie given the efficient floor plan. Very convenient locked indoor garage.
Entrance to sidewalk is right out front door - very convenient. Nice little downtown area, with easy walking access to local bars and restaurants. Looks to be a very safe area and clean.
Definitely recommend fpr a visit to Vancouver!

Fabulous
This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have visited. Immaculate, clean, well thought out, friendly, great location, air conditioning (very very important to have this) and all the amenities of home. We loved it and it will be where we stay any time we visit Vancouver.

The townhome was beautiful and very clean. We appreciated the snacks, bottles of water, and bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. The area is very nice, and we felt very comfortable walking to go to lunch or pick up a coffee.

Uptown town home
This place was perfect for us: easy access to the places we had to go
and comfortable. The place was spotless and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We loved having the small park just out the back door. A lovely setting.
The steep steps from the garage and to the bedrooms were a bit of a challenge, but we were forewarned of that.
My only hesitation to giving a 5-star rating is the steepness of the fees—not money that goes to the host, but rather right to VRBO. I know the VRBO convenience is great, but $200+ in fees is excessive. We didn’t see the fees itemized until we had paid the entire bill.

Comfortable, private, safe and GREAT warm lighting!
Spend a few days in the area and enjoyed the condo. The owner was super responsive to one issue that came up, and the place felt very safe with a private gated garage below, and a private enclosed tandem garage directly connected to the condo.
The bedroom on the street side was a bit noisy- so definitely not for the noise-sensitive - or wear ear plugs! The bedroom on the interior was quiet. All beds were very comfortable and everything was very well stocked and set up.
Best of all, the lighting was amazing! I so loved them, especially as they cast such a warm cozy light at night. Best lighting I've ever come across!!! (I'm picky about lighting!).
Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A perfect stay
Loved our stay. We’ve stayed at many VEBOs and this was one of favorites. It was a great location. Eateries, bakery, coffee shop, drug store all with in walking distance. The home it’s self was clean and had everything we needed. Loved our stay and if in the area will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and clean
We had a wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for 2 couples. It felt very comfortable, safe and clean. Great location - some really good local restaurants within walking distance. We loved the Bleu door cafe (ended up there every morning) and had really great bbq from down the street. It was a very easy drive from the airport. And an easy drive into Portland. We also did some day trips to some waterfalls and Cannon Beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we had everything we needed during our trip. The parking garage was very secure which we appreciated. The hosts were easy to communicate as well. Would stay here again if visiting Portland.

The townhome was clean, decorated nicely, and very close to waterfront, downtown, and Main Street restaurants. Light sleepers should be aware of car noise, especially in the bedroom facing Main Street.

Close to Expo Center
This a great place to stay if you are attending events at the Expo Center. The drive is easy and quick. The place is very clean and good for a small group of younger folks. There are lots of stairs so not good for older folks. Parking is fine for one or two very small cars, but very difficult for full sized pickups or SUVs. Kitchen could use some dish towels and wash cloths. Overall it was a nice place and the owner was extremely helpful and timely response to questions.

Loved our Stay at this Townhouse
This is a beautiful townhouse, excellently maintained, and was super clean when we checked in. Me, my friends, and family stayed here during our trip to the Portland area, and absolutely loved it!

Very Enjoyable Stay
My sister and I rented this house for 10 days and very much enjoyed the house and location! Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels and blankets. A bonus - the house has air conditioning although the listing did not show that. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, dishes, cooking tools and a Keurig coffee pot that makes a pot or just a cup. The owner is VERY generous with soap, coffee, coffee filters, toilet paper, Kleenex, qtips, washing machine pods, dishwashing pods etc. more perhaps than any place I have ever stayed. Oh and they left a bottle of wine, 2 granola bars and popcorn. Parking was helpful although it IS tight. We had to be very careful parking our SUV - going in/out VERY slowly. In summary - great experience. Felt very safe there and proximity to stores and restaurants was very helpful. Kudos to the owners for creating a welcoming experience!

This property is a amazing. It is on a great location; within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The property itself is very clean and well stocked. The property owner is very responsive. I reached out to the owner a few times and they were always prompt with their responses. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Having garage access for parking was a real benefit. Enjoyed area walks and hosting family for meals . It was too hot to eat outside and inside dining was not totally safe.

This is a great location and well appointed with anything you might need.There is quite a bit of sound from the street that comes in, especially on the street side of the house. Walgreens is across the street, Starbucks is next door, and restraints are abundant.A+
