The staff gave us precious advices to appreciate at the best the island. Furthermore, thanks to the staff we rented a scooter that was brought right to the resort. A complete breakfast welcomed us each mornings.

Lovely spacious bathroom. Really great design with superb shower!. Room had a lovely view and there was a fridge and a kettle provided which I really loved. You could also use the cold drinks and pay Euto 1 50 a tin which is great. Breakfast was really great. I loved their massive croissants with cream in. They had wonderful lighting options in the room. Very romantic if uou had someone along

Nice size balcony and quite ok breakfast (croissants, fruits, yoghurt, bread etc.)

Little far away from the center. Restaurants and others servises quite far away. There was ants in the bathroom.

Very clean and spacious. 10 minute walk from the city centre. Nice and quiet area. Dispite arriving very late (due to flight disruption), we were still allowed to have a late check in and they answered in the messages very quickly all the time. Highly recommend, very nice place.

the villa is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. breakfast buffet was also pretty comprehensive

The room was located in the basement and only had one small, prison-like window opening on a ventilation shaft. A post-apocalyptic, strong orange light was always on in the shaft - the whole night. Also, being just opposite to the breakfast room, I was systematically woken up by the staff setting everything up for breakfast early in the morning. I believe they should inform customers about these inconveniences in the booking process.

Very beautiful Villa, quiet place, well located (15-20 min on foot from-to Ischia Porto center). Clean, comfy bed. Room 6 has a beautiful private terrace. Great breakfast. Very nice and smiling staff.

Size of the fridge ? Actually not very important except if you want to have 5/6 fresh bottles of water at your disposal...

Far from the port and the room was in the basement without a window which was kind of claustrophobic. It would be nice not only to inform the room is in the basement but also mention the no window part.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast and in a very quiet neighborhood just outside the city center. It was a 20 minute walk to the port and 10/15 to the city center. There is a bus station just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again, good value for money.

Very good location in Ischia Porto ! The hotel was super clean and lovely : we also enjoyed the breakfast offered! The staff was very friendly and gave us great recommandations :)

Rather good location, around 20 minutes by foot from the castle. Clean. Silent in the morning, small vila, only 8 rooms. The superior room is quite nice, space, clean, big bathroom, the host leave in the room the mosquitoes protection .Breakfast in Italian style, need to sort and order on the evening. Serving to the table . Crussan, cake, yogurt, cold meat and cheese , boiled eggs, juice, coffee, tea,. Near was very good pizzeria Mami, recommended to take the pizza. We have used moovit program for bus , very comfortable and easy to travel through this island.

Our friends get the 8 room, as standard double room in the lower ground floor, but in fact it was in the underground and hasn’t any normal window, the air conditioner was working very bad, noice from the yard in due working all conditioners, light during the night outside, telephones connection also bad in due underground . The property has changes to other near room 7, which has window, but the air conditioner was not working, promised to repair, but the result was that again changed to more better room. So friends during 5 nights has three different rooms😏Be care when you order standard room in the lower ground😏The surroundings is rather poor, any garden or swim pool. Beds are not so comfortable.

The entire atmosphere of this place is charming. Room was clean and nice, balcony has a good view. Ischia porto is close to the property.

Room and location were pleasant with a good sized bathroom, good AC. Location was ok but I’d suggest taking a taxi from the port; It was quite a walk with a suitcase. Local taxis offer 20 euros but you can get a local tuk tuk for 10....just as efficient. Cute garden area and entrance to the property with colourful flowers.

Limited reception cover by staff with no means of contacting with questions or in case of emergency...we had a simple one about wifi password. On arrival the cleaner heard us and called the receptionist who was outside of the property. Maybe worth reaching out to guests in advance for estimated arrival time + offer reception contact number to make the arrival experience smoother. With wifi maybe a arrival letter in room advising passcode , map , taxi info, emergency contact no. We opted for an earlier breakfast than the 8-10 schedule offered by the b&b as we were travelling back to Naples. our request to have this early or as a takeaway was ignored - although paid for in advance which was dissapointing. A suggestion could be for take away breakfast items (cold / pre packed) as I'm sure many guests take the earlier ferry.
