The view was good.

The pictures on line were not like the location. the hot tub was on the deck in pictures, but on patio at location. The railing on the balcony was so bad that if someone had leaned on it they would fall to the ground. The posts on the balcony were cut in half and supported with braces, we were not comfortable with that, I dont think it was up to code, ;unsafe. There were some tables and chairs on patio in the dirt with all the weeds and bird droppings. there was no place to put them because hot tub was on patio. We had to cancel a pre wedding party because the deck and furniture was unsafe or not useable. The landscaping was not kept up, weeds and plants overgrown. Bird nests on patio, bees nest on garage by front door. The floor going into house the theshold piece is not attached to the floor causing a safety issue, tripping. We put a rug over it to prevent tripping. The house is advertised as a 5 bedroom, when actually it is a 3 bedroom with 2 of the bedrooms have sitting rooms with beds in them. There was no toaster, we reported it and never received one. The air conditioner would be set for comfort upstairs but it would be 20 degrees lower downstairs. The exaust fan in bedroom bathroom upstairs was so noisey couldnt turn on. The beds were not comfortable. ETC ETC ETC ETC

The home was lovely and the location was great for our ladies getaway. There were plenty of bedrooms and the house was very clean when we arrived.

There were some issues with some things in the home. I was able to pass the information onto the Vacasa representative, so hopefully the issues will be taken care of prior to the next renters.
