Rooms, Facilities, Service, Support, and Food are first class and staying anywhere else in Blackpool after this would simply be a disappointment. Put simply, our stay was faultless.

A big thank you to Michael for such a lovely stay in a beautiful exceptionally cleaned place. Without doubt one of the best places we have stayed in Blackpool and hope to stay again. The freshly cooked to order breakfast each morning was a real treat and we looked forward to this everyday along with a lovely glass of cold milk waiting for me as I don't drink tea or coffee (good quality products used). I had notified Michael beforehand about my special dietary requirements, heat intolerance and scent sensitivity to the extent he removed any strong scents from our room and the communal areas to reduce allergic reactions (for example plugins or sprays) He also made sure the heating was switched off in our room, windows were open and fans were on to make it even cooler with the additional extra of a mini hand held fan I used at breakfast, what a star. This was the first time we had been away for three years due to my 'unique' allergies and intolerances and Michael really did go out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and for this both my Husband and I are truly thankful.

Very well run establishment. Michael the owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also spotless.

The shower head and water pressure in the shower was very poor. The shower cabin was also on the small side. The bedroom was a bit overfull, so I would suggest replacing the settee in the room with just one chair.

Location was spot on ,,,, all three mornings the breakfast for me and wife was spot on 10 out 10 the service from Micheal was first class all 👏👏👏

From the minute we arrived up until the minute we left it was just an absolutely amazing stay. Every need was catered for and our host Michael was just lovely. On arrival we were offered tea and coffee, before settling down to watch a short video about our room and the things available to us for use during our stay. Free bicycle hire if you are feeling adventurous. The Pembroke really is worthy of its 5 star status. The premises are immaculately clean and so well presented. All of the extras in the room were a real bonus, beautiful toiletries, sweets and biscuits too. Michael's breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented.

It was the perfect vacation as all of the above were better than anywhere we have experienced in the past. The attention to detail was exceptional. The warmth and sincerity of the host Michael was heartwarming and made the stay a pleasure.

Fabulous host! Michael was extremely welcoming and absolutely lovely throughout our stay. All rooms are individually furnished with design & decor to a high standard. Our bed and room was extremely comfortable. Lovely lounge available to all guests. Tasty breakfast. Excellent COVID procedures if you’re concerned. Whole property incredibly clean. Amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again. Hard to believe this is a B&B in Blackpool. Incredible, and great value!

Room was very comfortable and spotless. The decor was fresh and very much bling, made us smile. The host Michael was lovely nothing too much trouble and the breakfast was fantastic, all fresh and beautifully presented.

All I can say is just a little bit out of the main area, however tram at bottom of road so not far to walk. All though quiet felt safe.

Everything was immaculate best place we have stayed in Blackpool for sure we will be returning to the Pembroke bed and breakfast Michael is great and helpfull and funny too you enter as a guest and leave as friends love the place
