Храната беше изключително вкусна, стята - хладна макар и без климатик. Възползвахме се и от обяд преди напускане, който имаше възможност да доплатим на рецепцията. Басейна беше чист. Персонала беше приветлив и приятелски настроен. Няма по-хубаво нещо от едно добро утро рано сутрин! Имаше много деца и така сина ми успя да си намери компания, с която да играе. Кафемашината в лобито също беше нещо, което считам за голяма удобство, тъй като сме малко по-ранобудни и можеше спокойно да сляза да си взема кафе.

Единствения минус е липсата на асансьор, но базата е стара и е нормално. Би било по-трудно ако бяхме с повече багаж или с детска количка, но на нас в случая не ни попречи да си изкараме добре.

the hotel has a correct price, a kind staff, cleaning was done daily in the room and the pool is of very good quality. Everything I found in the description was correct. The location in the center of Kranevo resort and the short distance from the beach is a strong point for this hotel.

I have nothing to comment. I particularly appreciate the efforts to maintain this hotel in optimal operating parameters under the conditions of the current crisis

nothing specific pictures are not accurate, I like the location nearby restaurants high street, like receptionist very helpful. housekeeping was absolutely polite and helpful. value of money

the place crying for restoration, 1 star ⭐️with option-all inclusive (buffet) I was wondering how I didn’t have food poisoning but we was alright! some staff super rude (chefs) nagging, murmuring about the guests consuming too much food.. for 6 nights stay no sheets changing (not including)..

I stayed at room 226 from the 26th June-6th of July ! The room has bedbugs !No Hygiene and the furniture really old and dirty ! i got bitten by bedbugs and i didn’t know what it was until my dermatologist explained me that the small bloodstains on my sheets are from the bedbugs..The fresh sheets also had small blood stains .. that means that i was not the only one with the problem! On the top .. For 2 days the water was running red because of a problem and i couldn’t shower !

Good location. Clean and spacious room. Budget friendly place to crash with extremely polite and friendly personnel, good breakfast and plenty space to park.

Kinda loud - poor noise isolation of the rooms. Furniture and general inventory in the room had seen better days... probably in the last century when they were built :)

Location was good. If you need to find a ,,place to stay" it is ok for such a cheap price, but i cannot imagine to spend holiday there...

Very old communist style hotel with poor facilities. matrace outdated and I mean it.... Room was not dirty, but just very old. Shower was leaking. Balcony is basically next to each other, so if people smoke, you have it in your room...
