Breakfast was very tasty and good variety with different choices each day .

LOCATION
THE STAFF (MR.Lennin),PROMISSED ME TO ORGANISE A CAR TO PICK US FROM THE AIRPORT BUT NOT ORGANISED.
HE PROMISSED TO GIVE US FIRST FLOOR ROOM AS MY WIFE DOESNT USE LIFT. HE RESERVED A ROOM IN 2ND FLOOR. WE LEFT THE HOTEL IN 1 NIGHT.

Such a perfect place to stay . Among all the hotels i stayed this is much more better . And its very clean . All the staffs were very helpful and Rauf being extra care of us .

Best Hotel near T Nagar City. Very cleaned Room. Very kindly Receptionist Frontoffice Staffs,,Housekeeping and everyone there. Mr. Abduhl Front Staff is also very very nice and kindly Person. We stays 6 days. He took our 8 big Luggage Allways up and down Allways. He was very kindly. I lost one of our bag outside. One lady was trying to take my bag, thank god, Abdul took my bag from that lady and gave us.That was So nice of him. Allways very friendly to us,. everyone ryone was 24 hours there to help us. They remind us for breakfast.We was very happy to stay in this hotel( like family hotel). From the hotel to the city don’t need an Auto or car, you can go by walk. Breakfast was nice. I hv no words. 10 to 10. excellent…

Clean room. Service was good. Reception was attending calls and was helpful. Parking is present. Bed was comfortable. Other amenities like toiletries, towels and all were present in room.
Room size expected was bigger. Cot and other furnitures fills up the room almost completely. Hence I felt the price is slightly on the upper side. Still I will love to stay there since service was good and due to cleanliness.

I have stay 4 days 3 night, house keeping never clean the room. Bathroom have a bad smell and slippery. Breakfast menu is same everyday. Everything is money at this hotel, even ur bedsheet is dirty after ur check out.

Somehow, breakfast was not included with the room
It was very difficult for airport taxi driver to find the hotel when checking-in.
Auto drivers also had difficulty in finding Rangan Street but after mentioning Rameswaram Street it was easier.

Only the front desk manager didn't book us a Uber but made us use the hotel taxi that was 3 times the price of a Uber.

The manager made us sit for very long when we came for check in without explanation.
When enquired about another day extension he did not get back to us. When approach him, he said u can book on website.

Breakfast options were limited. Breakfast room was noisy and crowded.
I arrived during a cyclone - the hotel didn't serve dinner, so I had to explore options outside. The hotel was suited to Indian nationals rather than foreigners - it didn't provide a map, information about laundry, or tourist services. Auto rickshaws were available across the road, but one driver was aggressive, so I opted for taxis. Some check in staff were very helpful, but overall, I did not enjoy my stay.
