The location is great, next to the main tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and complimentary breakfast is a star I specially recommend breakfast de la casa. It is spectacular and exactly what you need to start a day

The room was quite small with a very small closet (which is a problem if you arrive with big suitcases/backpacks). Also having a bathroom sink in the room was kind of strange

This hotel is located in a great location, it was perfect for sightseeing. The staff were helpful in directing us to sights and letting us store our luggage after checking out.

The room was very small and old-fashioned. It smelt of cigarette smoke.

Room was modern. Clean. Cramped view. But, the mountains were visible. Even though most of the staff had little English, they tried their utmost to assist - ordering a taxi for me; suggesting some restaurants; helping with my cold directing me to the Olympic Store which had a well stocked pharmacy.

Bathroom was itself clean. BUT, in two places in the marble surround, there was a black area - I believe it to have been mould. Backing this up - there was a terribly musty smell permeating the entire room.

Poor soudproofing,bring your earplugs if you want to sleep. Our room was facing street and the noise was unbearable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok but small,coffee was nice.

honestly can’t think of anything for what you pay it’s “spot on” and better

the hotel is just a (busy) road across the historic center, therefore it is close, but still quiet. The staff and the breakfast is fantastic. Retrospective, over my travel, the only hotel with enough plugs and a night lamp.

The only thing is the in-built kitchen right next to the bed, with the fridge turning on every 10 minutes making a big noise (and you cannot unplug it, the plug is hidden somewhere behind).

Best location in the city centre (1min walk from the gold museum and 5min walk from the Bolivar Square), although you shouldn't walk around too much at night due to lack of safety. Very nice and attentive staff. Great room. Perfect value for money!
