Location was excellent. View was excellent. Parking available was great.

The fact a loud cleaning machine made a racquet at 4am on a Monday for 15 minutes and woke me up. Emailed the council who effectively said they couldn’t care less. The kitchen utilities are quite dated. The bedroom windows were not insulated and let in a small draft.

Doors do not close to bedrooms easily, tap leaking in bathroom.

dirty, furniture falling apart, light falling out of roof, laundry is a completely seperate room from the apartment across the hall , garage was so narrow only the driver could get in and out vehicle had to be park extremely close to the left. chipped door paint squeezing out. very inconvenient with a baby. not possible to get in or out while in garage one of us always had to get out first while the other parked and unpacked everything from the boot only.

The lounge was uncomfortable. It would have helped to have some basic supplies eg., salt and pepper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, aluminium foil. TV reception was very poor.

Very cosy apartment with spectacular views on the bay. Also very well located, just a short stroll from the town centre. All amenities/equipment necessary for a nice and comfortable stay.

Not easy to locate the apartment in the building upon arrival given that they are 2 units tagged as #1.

Not much - plumber could tighten up tap in kitchen and shower head. It tends to drop forward when showering. Otherwise perfect stay.
