The bathrooms especially the water pressure is to low

Location, Facility, and the Staff

When I arrived, I felt shocked from the high level of service of everyone, especially Mr. Ehab and Sary and attention in cleanliness and security length of residence

Location only.

Very noisy because the windows are single not double glazed,so difficult to sleep at night.

It's too expensive, tooooo much It's more expensive than 5***** hotels no dishes no spon, nothing in kitchen.

Enormous room, kind staff, wide selection of breakfast, secured parking.

It is located in a busy street which is good but noisy at night& dawn times.

Apartment was really spacious and clean. Staff was really helpful and gave as directions toentre and tips where to go and called a taxi for us. Special thanks to Ehab from reception. Parking for car is also great. Nice breakfast.

Location was 7-8km from centre, but it was easy to use a cab to raindow street (Little over 3 dinars). View was to another building as expected.

Breakfast was better than expected. Staff replied immediately to our requests.

The water from the shower was coming out. They need to fix the shower floor.

Everything right from the check-in to the check-out was very good. Nabil the Sales Head was really helpful in guiding me with regard to car rental even before checking. Odai & Hashim both at reception were courteous and helpful in every aspect. Many thanks to Mustafa and Adil who took care of us at the restaurant. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Will love to be back for a stay in the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner are great, rooms are very good but the people running the hotel are superb and extremely friendly , specifically Lu'ay Samara , the operations manager who organised our sight seeing trips in Jordan. Towards , and in Petra we had a German speaking guy called Achmed and the driver called Tarek who were magnificent and showed us the beauty and history of Jordan. I can highly recomend this hotel and the people.

A bit more natural light in the room, but that is the way it is built. Furthermore : nothing

Spacious & clean rooms. Good room service & very warm front office staff. Good variety of breakfast. Good location.

Room size big. 6. A great thanks to receptionist, Mr. Mustafa who helps me a lot when I lost my credit card swallowed by an ATM 🤭. Through his help, I got cash from the hotel by using a debit card. I'm very grateful for all his help.

1. Toilet water is leaking water puddles show up on the Bathroom Floor so it is difficult to use days due to cold water on the toilet floor. 2. towels are dirty and smelly 😷 3. Hotel asked me to rate it in the second day of stay and still one day left of checking out. I hope the hotel stops impressing guests. For curiosity sake I rated 5 stars; I don’t want to be rude & aggressive to room service so I rated 5 stars though i do not believe it.
