De airco maakte nogal geluid en er was geen spiegel aanwezig (zou wel aangeschaft worden).

The location is fantastic, close to the mall, walking street area, shops, bars and eateries. Dau bus station is a 45min walk away. The area is quiet. The staff and security are all very helpful and friendly. The room is large with a table and chairs, Internet TV, and a good kitchenette. WiFi is strong. Booked 3 nights, stayed 6. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower temperature was hard to regulate, and we didn't have an opening window, otherwise we would have scored it a 10

Friendly staff, .....when they are around. Close to food stores and Laundry facilities. New firm matress on bed. Air-con is cold. Refrigerator is cold.

I stayed 3 weeks in the room at the end of the walkway. 20k monthly rent is too much for this, i left because it was not worth the money. Prices not stable. A Leaving guest said he pays 16k peso monthly....but the manager told me 20k peso. "Skin-Tax"??? Room doors not labeled. No bidet sprayer on toilet. Safe did not work, manager said they would replace with new safe the next day..... but never did. The Security Guards will let Anyone walk up to your room unless you tip them.. I did not feel safe there because prostitutes knocking on my door at 2am. Bed sheets and pillow cases had many snot mucus boogers on them from previous guests after they just "cleaned the room". The Pillows / bedding smelled like old man Sweat. Random hairs /dust all over the apartment floor. Water went away from drain in Shower. I had to sweep the water to the drain with my foot. No coat-hangers in room. Not all power outlets worked. Living room furniture couches badly stained. Ant bugs in room /bathroom. Shower water temp fluctuates. Ice, lava, ice, lava. Front door drags on floor/ hard to open. No desk lamps in room. Poor lighting in living room area. Living room roof fan did not work. Clothes Closet doors did not close correctly.

The staff are very nice, they have security guard, and the care taker is very hospitable.
