I was looking for a basic room cheap for a single night and this delviered exactly what was expected. Being able to use full shared kitchen facilities meant I saved on having to eat out for dinner and breakfast. There is no TV in the room but it wasn't listed in the facilities so wasn't expected.
No iron or ironing board in the property.

Got there, but the owner accidentally gave me the incorrect code for the keys. I called him. He was very apologetic and gave me the correct code. Once inside, the room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. It's a shared bathroom that didn't bother me. The kitchen provides all the basics but you will to bring your own food etc. It's close to the city and the bus service is regular. If you have a car parking can be a problem. If you're looking for a basic room to sleep and shower, this place is ideal.

Too noisy and the door of the bedroom seemed to have been forced. There are also huge gaps between the frame and the door. You can see though

Good value for price. I was looking for a cheap place. It was very quiet and clean
The matress is a bit old, the bathroom needs something for the hosts to clean (there is one broquen toitlet brush that I didn't dare using). I think the most hrad for me was not having anytjing around the place. Not even a store to buy dinner. But in turn, it is a very quiet residencial area

Had trouble with the key safe, as I had been given the wrong code. After finally contacting the owner the master code worked.

Decent place with value for money when it's a short-term stay. Comfortable and spacious room.
Had problems getting in when I arrived. No staff on the site and apparently it's self check-in, but all the information I got was a short email with a security code, but no information about how to get the key to the house or my room. Only got in because one of the other guests was home and could help me out. Staff was kind of rude when I called - I couldn't initially open the box to get the key, and when I complained about the lack of information given and the problems I had, the staff member just told me that everyone else could figure this out and I was the problem since I didn't already know how the system worked. I've travelled extensively and have never encountered this situation before, and I received ZERO information beforehand about how to get the key.
Also the shared bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned daily and were therefore a bit dirty, not suitable for cooking anything but very basic stuff. Stove didn't work properly.
The other guests were quite loud during the day, and the walls were paper thin so it got quite noisy. Fortunately people were at least quiet at night.

It was comfortable. The room was quite big, really enjoyed the space. Clean kitchen. Kitchen crockery very convenient to have it accessible.
It's a bit of a distance from shops. A bit lengthy walk to nearest Tesco
