Our stay at the townhouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was big enough to accommodate 6 people as advertised. The only issue we had was the kitchen cabinets did not have any handles which made opening them difficult to open.

Had so much fun for my 40th birthday. 2 other couples and myself stayed over a week. Traffic is busy busy so getting to the strip took a little longer but that was ok because the place was so nice. Tracie and Matt were on top of things. Whether it was answering any questions we may have or if we needed them about something at the unit. I hope to be going back within the next couple of years and if this place is available I will be staying here again. Thank you so much for opening your home to my friends and myself. We had a blast.

We went down for Worlds softball tournaments. (10 days) - We had everything we needed, beds we’re comfortable, hot water, towels, dishes, washer and dryer. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub one day. Neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants and fast food close by. Only thing I wish it had was TVs in the bedrooms, but I mean that’s not major- other than that… everything was great and I’d stay here again! Thank you Tracy!

Grate place to stay a little out of the way from the strip but the freeway is close by so to get where your going..

This location and condo were perfect for us. We were at the track everyday and made multiple trips back and forth. Having a 2 car garage, washing machine and dryer along with stocked kitchen were all pluses that made our stay very comfortable. Thanks Tracy!

WOW!! We can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Tracy was only a phone call away when we had dumb questions like how to get into the gated community. I would be dangerous if I could read as the instructions were right in the email she sent. The condo was spotless, the colour changing nightlights were fun. The bed has spoilt us so much so when we drove back home, my husband and I found it hard to sleep in the hotel. Short drive to Walmart Marketplace, Smith’s, In & Out Burger, Kohl’s, Target, etc. The Strip was an easy drive to see shows, gamble and listen to great bands. The park was quiet and the people friendly. Already booked for another stay. Definitely a High Rise experience..

Our granddaughter lives in Las Vegas but grandparents in Oregon, Aunt in Ohio, and cousin in California....so this VRBO worked well to allow us to stay together for the three days we were all in one spot! The beds (and bedding) were very comfortable; the kitchen is well-appointed; the laundry was very convenient. The ascent to the bedrooms upstairs could prove difficult for some, but otherwise it is a comfortable, quiet accommodation. The owners are very kind and courteous. Thank you, Tracy and Matthew.

Ferienhaus ist in ruhiger Umgebung, guter Lage zum Strip und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kontakt mit Vermieterin war sehr gut und prompt. Haus war mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Pool wurde leider frühzeitig geschlossen und konnte daher nicht benutzt werden. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig. Es könnte etwas sauberer übergeben werden!

WONDERFUL stay! Check-in was very smooth. Our initial stay was supposed to be 3 months. We had to extend our stay two more times for a total of 5 months. Matt and Tracy were so accommodating and made it so easy. Tracy responds to inquiries very fast, so communication was excellent. The place is clean and we loved that it was pet friendly! What makes this place excellent is the comfort of the rental itself and all of the little touches that go above and beyond to make the guest feel welcome. Matt and Tracy have all the bases covered for your stay! The beds, towels, and bathroom items are comfortable and generous. The neighborhood is quiet. Even though it is a condo with two other units attached. We never heard the other residents. I would definitely recommend booking with them any time you are in Vegas!

Fantastic. The hosts were helpful to resolve anything that came up and worked with us when our situation changed. We were living in the area throughout the holiday season and were happy that the home was cozy and comfortable.

This well appointed townhome was nicely decorated with high quality furnishings and was well equipped for all our short term stay needs. The beds, bedding and towels were excellent. We were very comfortable and happy during our 3 1/2 month stay there. The big bonus was that the townhome had a doggy dog for our 15-lb Havanese dog. It was a great convenience to have the doggy door so that we didn’t have to rush home to let him out and we didn’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to let him do his business. What we really liked was the newer premium washer and dryer which had a lot of bells and whistles. They actually sounded like a slot machine. We actually enjoyed doing our laundry there. Tracy’s communication and customer service was par excellent. Before our stay, Tracy asked us if we needed anything to let her know and she would pick them up. I asked for a baking sheet and a splatter shield and she made sure they were in the kitchen before we arrived. I cook a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for all my cooking needs which was another big plus. My Expresso-addicted husband loved that there were about 8-10 large cappuccinos cups. There are 3 townhomes per building. The building was well insulated as we never heard any of the people in the other two units except for the occasional low sound of a garage door opening or closing. The townhome was located very close to the Veteran’s Hospital and was a short drive to the company my husband is working with. I was very happy that the YMCA was only about 1 mile away as I liked to use the Y’s indoor pool to do lap swimming. The only downside is that there isn’t much around that part of town except housing tracts. However, everything was about a 15 minute easy drive away (i.e. Costco and Trader Joe’s) and about 15-20 minutes from downtown and the Strip. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

We have now stayed at this property for two separate trips this year alone and absolutely love it. The home is starting to feel like our home away from home. Everything was still where we remembered it! Tracy is awesome and I feel very secure knowing how great of a host she is. I can’t wait to come back to the area and stay in this home again!

Stayed a week and overall it was nice. The beds were super comfortable! Lots of space, well stocked and mostly clean. The location is kind of far out from everything, but we slept well. The only occasional noise at night came from the air force base. The pool was surprisingly cold and wasn't clean, as we skimmed it ourselves. A door lock was broken, but the owner got it fixed quickly. We'd stay here again.

The property was about 15 minutes from the strip located in a nice, quiet, gated community with a pool. We took our grandtwins for their first Las Vegas adventure after their 21st birthday. They each had their own room and shared an upstairs bath. The beds were all very comfortable, rooms were a good size and everything was clean and inviting. There was a Smiths grocery store nearby as well as a few restaurants in the same shopping center. Tracy was extremely accommodating to our every need and I definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to go to Vegas and does not want to stay on the strip. Thanks Tracy!

What a great discovery! We stayed here due to its proximities to the medical facilities in the area and were greeted with such a surprise when we arrived. Tracy, the host, was extremely accommodating and available whenever we had questions regarding the property once we were inside. Even then, we didn’t have a whole lot of questions as everything in the home was laid out perfectly. All we had to do was find the welcome folder on the desk by the front door and any further questions we had were answered there. The home was extremely clean and everything was easy to find. The beds were as comfortable as my own bed at home. The neighborhood is quiet. The property is in a gated community and there is a pool and jacuzzi. My only complaint was that that jacuzzi was not remotely warm. But that’s not the hosts fault, since it’s a community pool. We loved this place so much that I booked another trip to Vegas in October and Tracy was able to accommodate our future visit. Highly recommended for anyone interested in staying in the North Las Vegas area. DTLV is only 10-15 minutes away and the strip is about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. We stayed there as LV was re-opening from the pandemic and tourism is on the rise again.
