Nothing at all, the staff was not helpful. The apartment was dirty. I regretted it from the moment we opened the door.
Absolutely everything. The beds were broken, our door didn't close. The photos on bookings.com are very misleading they should remove it from their site

The bed linen was dirt and the reception kept on promising to change it until we left. It was stinking.
We were also given an incorrect room, fortunately we had access to our booking confirmation otherwise we would have been put in a studio apartment instead of two bedroom

Nothing good about the hotel.
The hotel was too dirty, it had a terrible smell, no telephone at the reception and at the guest rooms. Security service was not competent and the parking area was too far with no carports. Had to pay R800 for the key in cash which am still waiting.

The staff was arrogant Marlborough has no compassion did not want 2 refund or change dates flood was an act of God not me couldn't go anywhere beaches were closed sat in room all the time area was rowdy not safe room was cramped for six adults with ony 1 bathroom linen was dirty disgusting 3 towels for 6 adults couldn't wait to leave in my onion Marlborough should not be on booking.com would never recommend

The reception staff were so helpful, always willing to attend to whatever u need with a smile.
The shortage of bathtowel hangers in the bathroom, if the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people means it must have enough place to hang wet towel in the bathroom.

Receptionist was very friendly nd made us feel welcomed his name is Carlos thank you very much you know how to welcome guests. Kitchen utensils need to be improved on apartment 12A nd we found three towels each apartment nd we were 6 in each apartment bedding was not change until we departed some of the sheets were torned. It was nice staying but place need lot of improvement.
Beds were not comfortable and the towels from the bathroom were not changed

Quiet and tranquil spacious apartment with sea views. Excellent location with everything nearby which was extremely convenient during my trip

The apartment was clean, neat and tidy. The apartment was also large in size. The location was amazing as it was right in front of the beach. The staff in the reception gave me a warm welcome and they were very friendly. The sheets and pillows were very comfortable so I had a good sleep. There was also a kitchen in my large apartment which had all the utilities and cutlery which was very useful. Would definitely recommend this place.
I liked everything about the property. I had a wonderful stay at the property.
