Unit was comfortable and quiet. Facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The unit is starting to show its age. The kitchen, whilst clean and everything worked, needed some renovation.

The cottage is located on an unmade road with parking out front.
It has good facilities for two people as they’re is a large double bedroom, but would be crowded for any more as the other beds are in the lounge area.

Location was only 3 minute drive from main town centre. Air conditioning in lounge room where 2nd bed was located, plenty of room for 2 or 3 people to sit and eat at dining table or site on lounge and watch tv. One car space off the road.

Very peaceful area, lots of birds calls. Older style self contained unit with everything we needed for our stay.
Not far from Kingscote and services. Kingscote has a Park Run with friendly runners and walkers.

The location. The friendly hosts. The horses opposite. Nice and quiet. Very clean and everything worked properly, including the heating! Pretty good value for money

Location was ok. Dirt road to access. Fridge was not plugged in properly.
Place was not clean, spiders in 2 rooms. bedroom door did not open properly.

The location was a quick drive into town. There were some cute horses next door too. Good to have foldout beds as it offers more choice for guests to choose where to sleep.
No wifi was a big negative for us. Unfortunately, we didn't realise this accommodation had no wifi at the time of booking. We had little phone reception on Kangaroo Island and it was hard for us to plan our trip whilst we were there without access to the internet. The kitchen was quite dated, it would've been good if there were more chopping boards and knives to use when multiple people are in the kitchen cooking.

lovely people own property. we stayed 9 nights from wa and are avid bird watchers. very central as the burnt areas were mostly out of play

The keys were in the door when we arrived and we spoke briefly with the host during our stay. They were lovely and did not disturb us in any way. The accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable.
There were good staples in the fridge and the pantry - eg tea, coffer and milk
There was limited hot water for showering - we found out on the first morning we were there.
After that we adjusted the showering time to ensure we all had a hot shower.
