Only one Front Desk staff work most of the time during Festive season

The room was large, the toilet was spacious and there was a mini pantry area.

The room that we received looked nothing like the rooms shown in the booking page; it was a lot more dated and worn out than expected. It was really not worth the price we paid even though the size of the room was larger than most. The additional single roll-out bed that we paid for for our son to sleep on was able to comfortably fit in the room BUT it was hard and uncomfortable.

The swimming pool is not children friendly and no halal food in the restaurant.

One hour queue just to check in. Room’s fridge and wine chiller both broken, bathroom sink was clogged. Only 4 paper cups provided in the room, no other utensils available. When informed staff about problems, was told to call to reception ourselves. Not recommended for family staycation.

It was meant to be a birthday staycation for my eldest daughter. The staff surprised us all by giving her a nice hand- drawn card and a little gift! My daughter was a little shy when she knew that the staff knew about her birthday but was super happy about it. I’ve only briefly mentioned it upon check in! Thank you for making the stay such a memorable one that my children wished they could stay for a few more nights!:) The room was big and the bathroom luxurious! Comfy beds -wonderful stay!!
