あえて挙げるとすればお風呂がもう少し広ければと思います。 客室も証明の調整がタッチパネルであまり反応が良くなかった気が、、

The breakfast was great and super affordable, and the onsen was very relaxing and had a great atmosphere. I also appreciated how informative the staff were upon check-in. Bonus points for the "congestion" section on the TVs so I could tell ahead of time what was available.

Only having access to one elevator while staying on the 13th floor made things difficult. I normally take the stairs when possible in hotels, but I avoided them here unless I was leaving directly from the dining area on floor 2 simply because my room was so high up. Also, and this is no fault to the hotel or staff, but I did unfortunately run in to a couple of rude guests here who felt it appropriate to make some jokes at my expense in a language I didn't speak. I believe we were all tourists from our respective countries, but it made me feel less welcome than I had staying in other areas of Japan.

Room was big enough if you don't have luggage. Everything you need was in the room. There was a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube which I'm surprised because I believe it should be standart but only Super Hotel had this among 7 other places in different cities we stayed at. Onsen was amazing, been to 3 other hotel onsens and they best one was this hotel's. Staff was very helpful and nice. Very very close to Akihabara station and Yodobashi Akiba, a lot of restaurants and fast food chains + konbinis nearby, overall it's great for short term stay.

Bathroom was too little for 2 people being in at the same time. Only 1 elevator for a lot of floors.

Location was perfect, just 5 mins away from akihabara station. Hotel has free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from 6pm to 10 pm and coffee from 3 pm to 12 mn. You can also stay in their dining area and just read books and manga. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was good with a variation of pastries and western/japanese dishes (sausages, salad, scrambled eggs, chicken dishes, Japanese soba, miso, tomato cabbage, siomai). To save money, you can just buy breakfast on the day itself (around 1,300 yen) because breakfast starts at 7 am to 9:30 am which might be too late for people who have travels elsewhere. Never tried the onsen unfortunately. They have pillows in the lobby which u can choose from and also pajamas.

The room might be a bit too small for some people but it's manageable as long as you dont keep your luggage open the whole time. I'm not picky with my rooms as long as they're clean (and this hotel kept them spotless)

Hôtel idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Akihabara, on peut se déplacer très facilement partout dans Tokyo. La qualité de service est impressionnante. Le personnel est très serviable, disponible et parle anglais. Tout est impeccable. Tous les soirs il y a un open bar, il y a des machines à laver et sèche-linge à disposition, les bains thermaux sont un vrai confort. Je n'ai jamais été aussi satisfait d'un hôtel.

il n'y a qu'un ascenseur et que deux laves linges ce qui est limite aux heures de pointes. Sinon super séjour dans cet hôtel à coté de akihabara plusieurs lignes et compagnies de métro différentes, meme sans aller à la JR akihabara station.

il faut quitté la chambre faut quitter sa chambre à 10h sinon le ménage risque de ne pas être fait. Je ne me lève pas avant 13h donc impossible pour moi d'en bénéficier.

7.5 rounded up. Typical Japanese hotel with small but functional rooms. You can catch a view of Tokyo Tower from some rooms. Reasonably clean. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and no check-out required. Convenient location near a major metro station.

Only one elevator and two washing machines for the entire hotel. This is not enough. Had an issue where a careless guest placed something in the dryer that caused a mess. Free drinks at night were so-so.

Great location in Akihabara, next to a Metro Station but in a quiet street. Free drinks from 6 to 10PM, great Spa area inside the hotel. Nice private room with bathroom, super clean place. Laundry facilities on-site. Friendly and helpful staff

Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare presso l'hotel Super Hotel Premier Akihabara di Tokyo e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Lo staff dell'hotel è stato estremamente disponibile e attento alle mie esigenze, rendendo il mio soggiorno confortevole sin dal primo momento. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza del pigiama e del cuscino aggiuntivo da prendere alla reception, che hanno reso il mio riposo ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente i prodotti di bellezza, come le maschere per il viso, è stata un tocco di attenzione davvero gradito. La camera era dotata di ciabatte, calzascarpe e di uno spruzzino per i vestiti, che hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più comodo e pratico. La posizione dell'hotel, vicinissimo alla metro, è un grande vantaggio per esplorare Tokyo. Inoltre, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalle terme interne dell'hotel, che offrono un'opportunità di relax molto apprezzata dopo una giornata di visite. Nel complesso, il Super Hotel Premier Akihabara è un'ottima scelta per il soggiorno a Tokyo. La disponibilità dello staff, i servizi aggiuntivi in camera e la posizione privilegiata lo rendono un hotel da consigliare senza esitazioni.

The hotel is quite close to the Akihabara train station which was very handy. The onsen was a big plus during the stay. Staff members were also very friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than I expected. Toilet and shower in the same space which made it quite cramped. The aircon was also letting out ticking noise that was quite loud. It was on our last night so we didn't notify the staff re same. Also to note that there is only 1 lift which can take long to reach the higher floors or even the entrance at the 1st floor.

My second time here. The location is great and the personnel friendly and professional in their service.

Staff friendly and attentive. Room modern including flat screen television with tube. Smart iPad in room to control room features, USB port and multi phone charger. Short walk from Akihabara station and close to everything including ‘electric town.’ On the Kanda river, close combini stores. Wonderful Pillow choice and pyjama/robe plus lots of quality amenities in foyer near reception (level 2) so wonderful when travelling. I found the breakfast good value and had a good enough selection for me which included Japanese and western items. I had the opportunity to use the in-hotel ‘Onsen’ 41 degree hot spring bath for the first time which was a bit daunting to undress and bath naked as an Australian, but was very liberating and enjoyable and my skin felt so soft afterwards.

We absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend. Would book again no hesitation. The only challenge is the tight bathroom space in room and bathroom. Large or tall people would find using the combined toilet/bath space tricky. However please note that many Japanese hotels are compact like this. We travelled lightly, however those with baggage will have nowhere to put in the room :) if you need that space, I suggest you can check how many sq m the rooms are to help you select!

I loved the location and how modern and clean the room is. The staff were incredibly polite and spoke excellent English. The tablet in the room was very useful and controlled everything all from the comfort of your bed.

The only thing I did not like was elevator congestion. Almost every time you wanted to use the elevator there was a long wait. Then if it arrives and it’s full (which happened a couple time due to the small size of the elevator) than you’d be waiting again.

The hotel is in a very nice area in Tokyo where you can reach the main station and other major sights easily. The hotel staff is nice and very helpful, and it is very nice that they offer the extended stay for an affordable price in case your flight is in the afternoon. i will come back!

Great location short 3min walk from Akihabara station, really close to eateries and a large electronics store. We didn’t get breakfast but it is available. Free tea & coffee during day and soft drinks & alcohol after 6pm. Staff were very friendly. Excellent variety of amenities like hair treatment & face masks and pyjamas available at reception. Room is small at 13m2 set up as a twin but standard for Tokyo. With so much sight seeing we didn’t spend much time in hotel room. Onsen is nice, clean and great after busy day of sight seeing. Request a floor close to level 2 as there’s only 1 elevator and 13 floors

The rooms were very small.

Everything was perfect but I just wanna recomend that they should put some personal goods like toothbrush or some other things to the guest rooms directly. I already know we can get them in front of the reception desk as free of charge but these things are already essential for all the customers.

I loved the price and the location. The staff were also super nice. I really wanted to try out the public bath but I was way too nervous

The pillows had small beans or something in it and it was like sleeping on a rock! Maybe Japanese don’t enjoy hard pillows and that’s fair enough I just want all you soft pillow lovers out there know what you are getting into. My son and I just slept without a pillow.
