The staff were wonderful and very attentive. We loved the resort being on the beach and the pool area was lovely. We upgraded the last night of our stay to a Private Villa, this villa was absolutely beautiful, which we intend to rebook this villa for next year as it was incredibly special.

Disappointed that you could only swim in the ocean when it was high tide. It was not mentioned anywhere in information about the resort location nor in photos. Would really have liked some yoghurt and pineapple or other fruits in breakfast menu only had melon or watermelon for fruit (obvious this is just a preference only). We had 2 of our family members who are coeliac (which they cannot eat anything with Gluten in their food) Unfortunately the staff did not understand what Coeliac means and thought it was a peanut allergy (just a language issue) but this is important for people that suffer from this condition, suggest training in kitchen and wait staff of this and other eating conditions. The bed and pillows had ants which bit us badly for 3 nights until we realized what was going on, as through the day the ants were so small and disappeared or were hidden in the pillows (not a great experience)

The facilities are getting old. Beds are not comfortable. Rooms are not clean. I did not feel like i was in a high end resort. The pictures show you a beautiful beach that you cant even swim in because of the seaweed farms. Whats the point of a beach front resort if you cant swim at the beach? I was really disappointed and had to go to another beach where i had to pay for tanning beds. The food was disgusting. Worst restaurant I ate at in bali during my whole 3 week stay. Really really disappointed.

Found the staff to be very lazy, hanging around the bar area chatting when they could be out taking orders from the guests. We had to walk up to the bar from the pool each time to order a drink or food.

Room had squashed mosquitoes on the walls. The mirrors had popped pimples and was never cleaned even though I mentioned it. Wifi was poor Breakfast was very ordinary compared to other accomodation I stayed in in Bali. Alcohol drinks were not good either Out if the way

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Es tut mir leid, dass ich nicht mehr Positives schreiben kann.

Leider ist dieses Hotel eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Es ist kein 4-Sterne Hotel, sondern 2-Sterne wären eher richtig. Es ist alles total in die Jahre gekommen und gehört dringend renoviert. Nicht nur die Zimmer mit verschimmelten Duschvorhängen, Ablagerungen auf den Fliesen etc. sondern auch alle Stiegenaufgänge, Gänge, Frühstücksbereich, der Pool etc. Ich habe dies in der Rezeption gemeldet. Das Personal war total verständnisvoll und bemüht und hat gleich den Duschvorhang gewechselt. Allerdings können sie die Umstände nicht ändern, deshalb sollte der Eigentümer sich dies mal dringend zu Herzen nehmen und ins Hotel investieren. Der Strand ist zwar weiß und man könnte denken ein Traumstrand, allerdings ist alles voll mit Seegrasfarmen, sodass man keinen Meter ins Meer gehen kann. Dies steht zwar irgendwo mit den Seegrasfarmen, ich hatte es mir zuvor auf Google Earth angesehen, allerdings sind die Aufnahmen dort nicht aktuell und zeigen nicht das ganze Ausmaß. Auch das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, das meiste kalt und nicht wirklich gut. Die laute Musik am Strand ist furchtbar und nicht entspannend. Wir sind somit schon früher weitergereist, auch wenn wir das Geld nicht zurückbekommen haben. Das war uns egal, weil wir einfach nur weg wollten.

this was hands down the most beautiful place we witnessed a sunset - the view of the mountains is just insane. the massages we had at the on-site spa were INCREDIBLE. Not just best massage in Bali, but genuinely ever. the ladies are incredible - I felt so relaxed I think I floated out of the room lol

the Villas are a little outdated, the beds aren’t super comfortable…we are in our twenties and had stiff backs. also the Villa we were in smelt a little like chlorine, but this was easily fixed with the plug-in perfume. any issues we had were not from the staff (they were incredible, from front desk to restaurant) but the owners should do a little updating. will return for sunset drinks + spa but won’t stay again until it’s updated

Amazing hotel! located in a beautiful beach area, very specious and the pools are so lovely! Staff were very friendly and very helpful! this is my second stay and I will come back again!

Fantastic location, and friendly staff. Good place for beach relaxation.

The pool right on the beach was beautiful and having brekky every morning looking out to the beach and pool.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was very hard. But everything else was awesome
