As a boutique hotel it had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Breakfast boxes were a great way to start the day.

Mattress could be a little more firm.

Location was fantastic, a couple of minutes to the sea front, and lots of lovely shops, cafès and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good, well organised ordering system, fresh food and good options. Bathroom was very clean and complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Nice bed linen and plenty of towels. The kids absolutely loved the mini TV and headsets in the bunk beds. Hosts very kindly let us leave some bags before check in.

Cleanliness in some areas of the room - blinds and window frames were not clean and the carpet needed washing. The room/bathroom was in need of a few more hooks for towels, for a family of four it was tricky. Staying in one room as oppose to an apartment with two young children is always going to be a challenge at bedtime when it's lights out, but for one night, we managed!

Beautiful little boutique B&B right in the heart of Broadstairs. Our room was plush; lovely shabby chic funiture, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, which you order the night before then delivered to your room in the morning, was delicious. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a conservatory, with a free coffee machine and water bottles which you can help yourself to. You can also take your breakfast into the consevatory, if you would rather eat your breakfast in there. The location is very central, a 5 minute walk to Viking Bay beach, attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a parking bay allocated for each guest at the B&B, which is very handy not having to worry about parking. A gem of a place with a fabulous location. No complaints, would definitely return.

Excellent central location a few minutes stroll to seafront (Viking Bay) and high street. Fabulous room - very spacious. Great breakfast (continental) served to your room. Help yourself complimentary good quality coffee from coffee machine! A lovely decking area to enjoy your coffee/breakfast. Friendly and efficient communication. Highly recommend.

The room was so comfortable and the decoration and furnishings were so lovely and added to the ambience of the room. A very good selection on the breakfast list although there are no options for gluten free when it comes to croissants or danish pastries. Perhaps offer gluten free roll with cheese or cheese and ham as an alternative.

The only thing we would make a comment on is immediately outside the room we occupied, running the full width of the room along the window is a balcony, decked area with tables for guests to sit and on more than one occasion they were more interested in looking in on us and took away our privacy.
