My daughter and myself have stayed previously in 2022 and we just love this apartment. It's cosy, safe, clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. Easily able to get hold of the wonderful owner if any issues, nothing is a problem.

The property was clean, considered with everything you could need. It felt like home from home, so incredibly comfortable and lovely!

Exceptional property which provided everything necessary for the most comfortable and enjoyable week in Broadstairs & nearby areas. The owner went above and beyond to cater for our needs. The apartment is in a great location, on the sea front and a few minutes walk to the town's amenities. The apartment is bright and modern, and very clean. It is well-equipped (with one exception, more on this below). I was in Broadstairs for the "Blues Bash" and had a great time.

The Booking.com information page does not make it sufficiently clear that there is a steep flight of exterior stairs down to the front door of this property, which is a basement flat. I arrived alone with a suitcase and a bag of groceries and found the descent to the front door difficult. Anyone elderly or infirm, or indeed with any form of mobility issues, would struggle with this accommodation. Also, I like to sit at a dressing table with a mirror and plug socket to do hair and make-up. There is more wardrobe space in the bedroom than is really necessary but no dressing table - I would remove one wardrobe and replace it with a dressing table. I had to prop my small compact mirror up on the dining table, which wasn't ideal.

Everything. The location to everything u need and the beach is perfect . The apartment is warm n spotless and quiet and equipped wiyh everything you need. The bed is the best bed ive ever slept in. So comfy. I definitely have found my go to chill place when life gets too tough.

The space was amazing and it was great value for money. Great location too. Only a 5min drive from Ramsgate!

We didn't realise it was a ground floor apartment so the view is of the garden and the front of the house is a wall. We were under the street level. It was all lovely just would have been nice to see the sea!

perfect location ,very near to seafront. very well equipped,couldn’t have wished for more. Very warm and bed was extremely comfortable The owner was so helpful also tips of where to go . i just could not have wished for more

Wifi was good in in sitting room but didn’t really work in bedroom,but it wasn’t really important. If your mobility was not brilliant the stairs going up to entrance were rather steep , that was also not an issue for me ,but my friend who came to visit me ,found them difficult .
