Very comfortable, spacious and stylish room and bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Jo was a very friendly and helpful host. If I were to return to Broadstairs I would definitely try to stay here again.

The host is amazing and lovely. Really cozy place with amazing breakfast. A lot of amenities around and close to public transportation.

The location is perfect, less than a 5minute walk away from the beach front and town centre but still very quiet place to stay. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast hamper was very good and a great idea, lot's of choice. The owners were lovely and welcoming. Would recommend and we would love to stay again.

Very Quiet which was a bonus. Breakfast was a new experience but it worked for a short break.

A B&B on a quiet road. Hosts Jo and Adam very welcoming. A very nice clean and well furnished en-suite room with teas and coffees. Plenty of restaurants nearby and 10 mins from the beach.. Recommended.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was great and more than what I could manage. I liked all, especially the smoke salmon and cream cheese, and how it was all presented to us.

The bed could have been a little bigger, most of all there was great comfort..

The B n B has a lovely breezy airy comfortable vibe, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The host was absolutely lovely, really friendly and happy to welcome you. Love the breakfast hamper, really filling, delicious, healthy and good choices. Also was surprised how quiet the location is, we stayed on the ground floor and did not hear any traffic noise at all. The location is fantastic, so near and really easy to get to the seafront. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.

I would say that Jo went above and beyond as our host, very nice lady welcoming and warm and very well informed. Me and my boyfriend/partner, were very happy with our stay. had a really lovely time, at Broad Stairs in Kent where we stayed. lots to do and see, good food restaurants for all, enjoyed the fresh burger at the Viking Bay Cafe, was delicious. We both feel revived after our break. The weather was good to,re so only being there for the weekend made all the difference. Thanks Jo and Adam, Deborah And Terry x

The location is wonderful walking distance to the centre and sea front , room spotless clean, Jo is very friendly and helpful. Was really well looked after and planning to return.

Located within under 5 minutes walk of Broadstairs centre and beach. Very good breakfast hamper selection. Lovely hosts. Beautifully furnished accommodation.

The weather in February including Storm Eunice!

Breakfast hamper was really great. Lovely being able to enjoy it leisurely in our room. So close to the beach, several fantastic restaurants and brilliant pubs.

The shower wasn't the best, power was a little lacking and we did run out of hot water one evening but this is only a very minor complaint.

Very nice, clean and comfortable B&B. The rooms are spacious with all amenities required for a relaxing break. There is plenty of choice for breakfast to satisfy all tastes, the food is well presented and tasty. Many thanks to Jo & Adam for making us all feel welcome. We hope to visit again in 2022.
