Great Location. Close to the shops and beach.

Had a relaxed vibe to the room, and a bathtub - which is a bonus. Very clean. Secure gated entry with own parking space. Outdoor table provided and a short walk to the pool and beach. Easy and seamless self check-in.
Restaurant onsite was closed when we arrived just before 2pm. Had to find somewhere else for lunch, but found a great Mexican style cafe/restaurant near the main beach about a 5 minute drive away - could probably have walked there from the room along the beach...

Large room/suite with all the creature comforts. Easy access to shops/cafes. Walking distance to the Tavern. Off street parking close to suite. Boom gate to access which was a bonus.
A bit too close to neighbouring suites. We had a middle suite which shared a wall on both sides. Unfortunately the beach access path was closed.

Very dirty and ant infested place! Stains on linen and in room, bathroom was very old and dirty.
Shared room with lots of ants.
And you need to bring the rubbish out yourself.

I felt for Agnes waters this accommodation is value for money. Fantastic location with direct access to the beach. Nice studio room, got what I paid for.
Cleanliness could have been a bit better especially in the bathtub but overall was ok.

very convenient location and secure. Value for money for a one night stay was excellent. Had a 2 seater sofa and plenty of interior space.
Having to use the bathroom sink for dishes was inconvenient.

Lovely room, located within walking distance of an absolutely stunning beach. The host gave me great information about things to do, sights to see and where to eat.
I had some trouble finding the place as it's actually within the Sandcastles Motel and Resort. It then took a little while to contact the property to work it all out. As I arrived late and didn't actually see anyone in reception so I also was not given the WIFI password but I occupied myself by looking at the pretty beach instead so all was not lost LOL

not the cleanest, sheets felt dirty and needed a wash. bed uncomfortable. bath/shower blocked, water had trouble draining.

Location. Quiet. Beautiful area.
It wasn't as clean as it should be. The kitchen set up wasn't adequate for preparing a meal. We didn't know the shower was over the bath which is a problem for someone who isn't young. The drainage in bath and basin was very bad. Husband had shower and bath didn't empty so I wasn't able to shower. Informed the local manager.

It’s way bigger than the pictures showed. Nice and close to everything. Carolyn was amazing telling all about the town and giving me all info. Definitely I’ll be back
