Property is new, has everything u need, beach very close. Terrace of the roof ap is amazing with great views. Lady owner very welcoming.

Its roof ap so rooms are small and with limited space to stand up, including the living room. So space seems bit to small in the end , even if surface is big. Bit nosy at times as is next to the street. Would have appreciated some tips from the owner for the area.

Our stay in the roof apartment exceeded our expectations. The rooms are big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony, during the day and also at night. The best part is the position of the Vila- right at the beach and the sunbeds and umbrellas were available for all guests. The beach is perfect also for small kids, what we have appreciated as well. It was hard to leave such place. Hvala

- Slow internet - Water system on toilet wasn't working properly at the time of our visit - Not a problem for us, but someone may have problem with road behind the house

Very nice apartment. Beach just in front of the house which is great - small gravel on the beach, however shoes into the water are needed. Beach is almost always empty or just with few people from the same apartment building or near by neighborhood. City of Rogoznica in 20 min walk, shopping in 10 mi walk. Parking on the back of the house. Nice balcony with a sea view. Grill, fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator. Air conditioning in the room. Apartment building is nice and modern.
