The area outside was nice for everybody

Apartments are getting too old and the kitchen smell bad:/

À part les œufs ou omelette la plupart des propositions de salades ou charcuterie étaient levés tant de la veille. Jus en eau aromatisée Le café était correct .au repas de midi et du soir , c'est honnêtement digne de la cantine militaire pâtes et pizza laissées à l'abandon dans un coin , paella avec quelques rares morceau de volaille , viande de bœuf ou de porc digne de semelles de chaussures . Même les hamburgers du snack bar de la piscine étaient meilleurs . Ne parlons pas du buffet des entrées ou des desserts ,Connexion wifi ne passe quasi pas et très lente .jai choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un spa , d'où fussent en entretien pour la semaine , en compensation on m'offre un repas au restaurant de l'hôtel à la carte , mais vu à part les plats du all in , impossible de prendre autre chose. Seule point positif de cet hôtel : la réception et le es serveuses .les boissons all in : alcool locaux de vases maus aucun jus de fruits , les cocktails plein de colorants et de sucre avec des jus aromatisés .

Présentation et fraîcheur , choix , qualité des boissons et de tous les repas , propreté de la chambre qui a besoin de rafraîchissement com me e tous l'hôtel. Gros points à revoir : le bruit et impossibilité de dormir avant 1:00 du matin

Staff were nice. Constantly replaced food so it was always warm which I thought was good.

The WiFi was atrocious completely unusable for even basic websites. Room smelt moldy and had ants. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars at best.

Everything, absolutely amazing.... lovely hotel, staff and location. Will definitely return again for another stay.

The worst part avout staying here is having to go home! 🤣

it had a few different facilities, a shop, private sky lounge and spa, it’s just a shame they don’t tell people about the facilities at check in so you can utilise them

there was a terrible banging noise every night coming from the sky lounge, I didn’t have one night sleep. I did mention this multiple times to the reception staff and they just said they couldn’t do anything about it. so I recommend not staying on 4th floor if you can help it

Not worth paying for this price for the all inclusive as the food is very bad (and no healthy choices outside the very limited variety of basic sliced cucumber and tomato)… so you end up eating in restaurants anyways. Included drinks are okay, not great. The hotel is outdated and needs urgent maintenance! In our apartment, parts of wall light were missing (leaving an exposed light bulb on the wall), shower fixtures were broken and fell apart each time when used, curtains by windows were very dirty and the shower curtain seemed ancient and was smelly - to name a few. The outdated state of the hotel is very obvious and management should not need customer feedback to initiate action.
