What a wonderful stay we had at this beautiful property. The property manager was wonderful to work with and the place was perfect for our family vacation.

Amazing location and property!

We were a group of five, my wife and I, her parents and our 1 year old. We have stayed in past twice. Everything was up to par. Some crayon on the wall and some wobbly/broken chairs is our only criticism. We cooked in the kitchen a couple times as all essentials are there. Needed some routine maintenance, and host was prompt in getting someone over. Parking is a huge plus as Ritz Carlton valet is $50/day. We plan on visiting again!

Had a great week away at this property. Very spacious and well appointed, with access to all amenities on the property - which is phenomenal for young families. Easy check in and check out process / James was proactive in communicating and lovely to work with. Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked; drawers were filled with used nicorette gum, which was less than ideal esp with young kids. Also a little dusty in places. But didn’t take away from our stay. Would come back for sure!

This property is all you would expect from a high end rental. Beautiful views, multiple balconies, very spacious and very comfortable. The host communicates quickly and is on point.

The Presidential Suite at the Ritz was spacious and featured top-flight amenities and excellent service.

We had 6 adult women stay here for our annual girls trip and it was perfect! James was super accommodating for an early check-in and made sure we had enough beds for the group. It was like having our own apartment/condo within a lovely hotel and all the amenities you could want. Highly recommend!

The property was beyond our expectations! Fabulous space and views. James was very responsive and addressed all out needs promptly. The Ritz Carlton is an amazing property and after this experience we won’t be able to stay anywhere else! We are already planning our next stay at James’ amazing suite. This was our first Vrbo experience and was absolutely wonderful thanks to an amazing host and property!

Ocean views were spectacular. The service on property was amazing and the food was also very good. Owner was very responsive. King beds were comfortable and more space than we needed for our family of four. We would rent again if we travel back to Key Biscayne.

We’ve tried a few properties, this one, beachfront, and size is our favorite.

Great space and great location!

We've stayed at the Ritz Key Biscayne for over 20 years. Most of the time, we're in the usual hotel room with a king or two queen. This property is extremely spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of space to spread out with a dining room and family room. Also, there's an area with lounge chairs (inside) that overlook the ocean. The kitchen comes in handy for storing leftovers from dinner. Finally, the washer is extremely helpful for washing tennis or beach wear before you head back home. Highly recommend!

Great location and use of facilities. Owner responsive to all questions. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of spare cots which we didn't need but would have helped if we had a bigger crowd.

We loved our stay! As girls who usually stay in high end hotels, we have very high expectations but we all agreed this was a great place! The condo was very clean and spacious. There was more than enough room for us ... it would be perfect for a family too! Being part of the Ritz is really nice. We enjoyed all the amenities, but had more room than if we had booked through the hotel. The pools and beach were both great. James, the owner of the condo, was also amazing. He was so easy to work with and went out of his way to let us have a late (evening!) check out! It made such a difference in how we enjoyed the last day of our trip. We would return!

What a gem! We took ourselves off of South Beach for our annual girls' trip this year, and couldn't have been happier with this property at the Ritz on Key Biscayne. We comfortably slept 7 women, as James kindly set up 3 roll away beds for us. The spacious suite was clean, very well stocked with all we needed, and absolutely gorgeous. The balconies overlooked the ocean, and the beds were exceedingly comfortable. The communication with James was also exceptional. We will be back!

Great property—2 large en suite bedrooms with a 3rd half bath and a large living area. Perfect for a family trip or a girls weekend. We will definitely be back

The property was lovely. Very comfortable and nicely stocked. James was easy to communicate with. The only reason I deducted a star was not due to the suite or owner, but due to the extremely loud music on two occasions for private parties hosted by the Ritz. The first night was on a Wednesday night and at least was hosted at the Dune (bar located near the beach) and was over around 10pm. The second night was on a Thursday night. The event was hosted on the grassy open area right in front of the hotel. The speakers were facing the building and the music was unbelievably loud and lasted well beyond 10pm (I turned on the tv and a white noise app on my phone to drown out the music - I could still hear the bass, but was able to fall asleep). Given the prices guests pay to stay at the Ritz, I was shocked that they would not only allow this, but be responsible for it. I heard other guests complaining the following day. My suggestion would be to call ahead of time and inquire about private events with amplified music if you have young children, have to get up early the next day, or are generally bothered by amplified music late into the night.

We traveled with our large family (4 kids). We’ve stayed at this Ritz before and this was so much better. The view was amazing and it was so nice to have the extra space to unwind. It was a little unusual staying in a VRBO at a resort, but again we liked it better than being a regular guest. We had all the perks we wanted (check in like a regular guest with a cc on file and can order room service and dine anywhere on site). Once we figured out the parking it was convenient, but we didn’t initially know that the parking spot was near the guest elevator and spent some time on our first day getting lost in the underground parking lot, which also appears to be long term auto storage, valet, and staff parking. That made our first day more stressful than it needed to be. Other reviews are accurate. There are some pieces of furniture in need of repair, one sliding door doesn’t open easily, and two of the three TVs we couldn’t figure out how to get them to work. Who wants to watch TV when you are in such a lovely place though. It was a lovely trip and we’d stay here again.

We were fortunate to come across this lusting last minute. The owner was great- communication was excellent and the unit was far more than we anticipated. Everything you need is provided. We will definitely stay again.

Best unit in the hotel and just as nice as the first time we stayed in it years ago. Ease of communication with property owner makes the trip stress free.

James was so responsive and the property was even better than the pictures present! The views were spectacular. It was a girls weekend but will absolutely come back with my family since there were two bedrooms and a huge living space. Look forward to our return!

We had a great visit and enjoyed our VRBO property. It was enough room for the six of us and the views were amazing. The pool, beach and restaurants were really nice as well. Though the unit is showing it’s age we felt right at home and had everything we needed. We would rent it again for a girls trip!
