Great spot, easy communication - I would highly recommend!

Great property and excellent communication.

This was our second time staying in Ritz KB suite owned by James. Having the dedicated parking spot was so helpful once again, and all Ritz amenities and service were excellent. James is such a great host, that I couldn’t imagine booking directly thru the hotel.

This was our third time coming to the Ritz Key Biscayne and it was as great as I remembered! We checked OUT right before the busy holiday weekend and the pool area was getting really busy but we were enroute out. James was a pleasure to work with in prep of our stay and everything was as expected.

This was our second time staying at a Ritz residence and James was a great host! Parking was a breeze and having a full size fridge is a must if bringing children. The cleaning lady did show up a bit early, but otherwise we had a really nice stay.

This suite at the Ritz Carlton is very nice and as always, the RC Key Biscayne is a wonderful hotel that never disappoints. One thing I would note that this is a corner unit so the configuration is a bit smaller than other suites I have stayed in. It was fine for my husband, daughter and I but would have been a bit tight for a larger group. Also, some suites are fully stocked with many pot, pans and pantry staples-- this one is a bit more minimally stocked so I would just note that. We ended up buying a larger frying pan, and some sugar and leaving it behind as a donation :)

Close to the beach and shops in Key Biscayne, the condo is great for a getaway with lots to do at the hotel or close by.

This was an excellent property. Wonderful views of the Key and the water from the balcony. The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne is a fantastic hotel and this location on KB is hard to beat. The garage parking space is a huge value add. Would highly recommend!

James and maint crew did a great job repairing what we communicated as problems. The repair people were very professional. The ritz Carleton that we have stayed at over a dozen times in the past decade plus was less than acceptable. The food wasn’t prepared properly. Elevator shaft shut down and people waiting for elevators. Wi-Fi was on and off - mostly off for a couple of days. Dunes said they would be open until dusk/ sunset - closed early on several days. The tennis facility and staff, gym, pool, beach and overall wait staff were very good.

We loved staying at this property! It could not be more family friendly, perfect for us and our two babies! The resort is beautiful, quiet and a great location. This condo had everything we needed. Our host was extremely accommodating and responsive when we had questions at the beginning of our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

The overall property is beautiful of course and this unit was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for our family of three (including a toddler). James is also the kindest, most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever worked with! Already planning another stay for next year!

Unit and RC were beautiful and in a great location ( quiet and away from all the craziness of other Miami areas) We enjoyed all the RC amenities and Ubered off the peaceful island to restaurants and night life . Highly recommend staying here and for sure will return . James our host was eas to resch and helpful
