I loved the location in a quieter area with less tourists and great restaurants around. The staff was amazing, especially Chiara!

There wasn’t anything that we did not like. It was perfect.

Staff welcomed us warmly.They found a water taxi every time willingly and supervised and accompanied us to theboat to make sure we headed in the right direction.

We did not like that they do not have any restaurant/bar/snacks after breakfast. They could not give us proper advise and help to secure vegetarian food.

It has a very model feel... clean... nice relaxing courtyard, and very friendly and accommodating bartender. The location is a mixed bag – yes, it's much quieter than other parts of Venice, but be prepared to walk a lot! There are a couple of decent restaurants right on the water in front of the hotel, and they were never too crowded.

We had to ask for a room upgrade. Beware – if you book the "Superior Canal View," you're going to be on the first or second floor, and your view is of a really small canal, and some graffiti. We paid an additional $80 EUR after the first night to move to a Honeymoon Suite, which was on the second floor and had better views. Though, be aware that the hotel does not have ANY rooms facing the lagoon view. Also, while I agree with other reviewers that the location provides a bit more tranquility, I think next time I would book something a bit closer to all the sights. It was a good 20-25 minute walk anytime we wanted to go somewhere.

Breakfast could’ve been better versus other options. Meaning omelettes, and made the order options.

The staff was phenomenal. They truly went above and beyond to assist my family with recommendations and arranging airport transfers. The property itself is beautiful and ideally located. We were able to enjoy a beautiful walk to San Marco and then a quick ferry ride back to the hotel.

The hotel is located off the centre but still walking distance from the crowd. The area of the hotel is mainly residantial and peacefull which is very nice to relax after a full day!!!

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and welcoming.

I had booked for an "economy double" room; as really wanted a romantic room with a 4 poster bed, and the floor arch window, as shown in the pics. I was "upgraded" to a classic double, but this had a standard double bed, and a balconette window that opened into a dark courtyard. The room was very warm, and we couldn't cool it with the aircon. We opened the balconette window to cool the room; but then experienced a lot of loud banging noise. You could also hear people walking/opening/closing doors overhead.

initial room was noisy due to being beside cleaning closet but really quickly resolved with an upgrade.

they don’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinners, on a rainy winters evening staying in with room service would have been great, but is not an option.

The staff is amazing! Chiara went out of her way to help with anything I needed and always did so with a smile. I asked her a million questions about airport transfer, directions, luggage, late checkout and she went above and beyond to help without expecting anything in return. She is fantastic! The room was better than imagined, it felt like a 5 Star hotel and I will definitely return. The nicest property I have ever stayed at, in Europe and the US.
