I traveled to attend a conference at the Karolinska Institute, and this hotel was recommended by the event organizer. In general, the hotel is exceptionally clean and close to the university. Despite my late-night arrival following a midnight flight, the staff efficiently checked me in. They also have great breakfast choices with high-quality food, especially when compared to my experiences in the United States.

The only complaint I have is that I wanted to cancel the last night, as I changed my itinerary to stay with my relative in town instead. On the first night, the check-in staff told me that it was okay to cancel after checking in. However, the next day, a different staff member told me the reservation could not be canceled because I had already checked in. I ended up having to pay for an additional night without staying, which is due to the misinformation from the front desk.

Struttura moderna, staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosissima e letti comodi, tutto pulitissimo, colazione inclusa abbastanza varia e molto vicina dal centro (Gamla Stan) con il pullman (fermata a 50 metri, 15 minuti circa di pullman). Ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di averci fatto lasciare i bagagli tutto il giorno del nostro check out per rimanere ancora in giro e aver potuto tornare a prenderli poi la sera.

People in the reception was very kind, AMAZING breakfast with lots of choices and fresh and great quality product in a comfy atmosphere. The room was clean and modern, the bathroom nice with good quality personal cleaning products. 2 min walking to the bus number 3 to go to the center of the city in about 15 minutes.

Easy access from airport, close to bus stations, so you can go anywhere you want in Stockholm. 10 min walk to park where you can relax. Great coffee across street. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and matched pictures from web site. Sauna at 16theen floor with view on Stockholm. Staff VERY nice and helpful (I had bad experience with Veronica over text messages when trying to modify my stay before arrival, but in person they are GREAT people). Overall GREAT memories. Exceeded expectations. This was one of the budget options, booked with low expectations - and wow, the hotel was simply amazing. Beautiful room, incredible breakfast, wonderful staff. Direct bus to/from airport. Easy walk into the city center. Made our stay in Stockholm.

Loved the room and the bed. The room was very peaceful and calm. The breakfast was OK, I really enjoyed the feel of the place and decore. The red grapefruit juice was a true favourite.

The location was a bit off. But still fairly easy access with local transportation.

Very clean and excellent staffs. I needed some help with printing and photocopy and the reception desk staffs did it within a few minutes. The cleaning staffs were excellent as well. Nice breakfast!

The surrounding is under construction and a bit inconvenient to walk. I am sure that when the works are completed, it will be excellent.

The staff was very friendly and that was very important to me.

-Location is slightly far from the city center, however there is a direct bus line within reach for environment friendly travelers. - The room at times can be slightly on the cold side in winter (very comfy beds and warm blankets however do remedy for that)
