Comfortable bed, silent room, helpful staff.

Access to spa area is not included into regular prices of room and it was not clearly communicated during the booking process on booking.com. The green light on the AC control on the wall was quite intense and required using a sleep mask while sleeping. Quality of room cleaning could be improved.

This was easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in at such an affordable price. The room and bathroom were a great size. The restaurant and gym were also bonus amenities that only added to the experience and even the breakfast was great.

It is a bit far from the city center, BUT there's public transit right next to the hotel, and if you're visiting for a concert, it's incredibly close to the Friends Arena.

Otroligt otrevlig personal, vi kända oss inte välkomna någonstans, de är ju trevligt om man får ett godmorgon innan man ska säga rumsnumret på frukosten.

Området runt hotellet hade inte mycket att bjuda på men bra kommunikation till stan löste problemet.

Lyhört och en ismaskin som levde om hela natten. Personalen i receptionen som bara pratade engelska, borde vara svensktalande om man kommer som svensk gäst.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tiszta és modern. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes.

Nagyon szép a hotel, kedves a személyzet, finom és választékos a reggeli. A poggyászmegőrzés is ingyenes.

Számomra az ágy túl puha volt, de ez csak személyes probléma.

It was very clean. Perfect location to get to the city as the train station was right beside the hotel. The big mall was one stop away. Can also get to airport from the train station. Rooms were really clean. Very very modern. Bed was super comfy. Hotel was also very modern. Very satisfied and will be returning.

Det bör synliggöras att fasiliteter som bad och spa inte är tillgängliga mycket tydligare! Att det sen inte går att boka av när ovan nämnda uppstått när man är på plats gör absolut inte intresset att återkomma tänkvärt utan vi kommer att bo på andra ställen hädanefter.

Gostei bastante da localização, o que facilitou bastante o uso do transporte público. Em geral o hotel atendeu as expectativas, o quarto era confortável, organizado e limpo. O café da manhã bem servido mas senti falta de um expresso.

Colazione eccellente. Camera confortevole con molti ripiani per appoggiare le proprie cose e bollitore per farsi una tisana in camera. Bagno molto piccolo ma funzionale con vari ripiani e un’ampia doccia dotata di flaconi di shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma di qualità (non prendeteli da casa!!). Mancava il bidet. Pulizia ottima. Ho cenato due volte nel ristorante dell’hotel e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Nell’hotel è presente una spa NON inclusa nel prezzo della camera, ma da pagare a parte (circa 20 euro per 2 ore). Forniscono loro asciugamani, accappatoio e ciabatte. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccezionale: l’hotel si trova a due passi dalla stazione dei treni Ulriksdal dalla quale è possibile raggiungere velocemente l’aeroporto di Arlanda (30 min 1 solo mezzo), le varie isole di cui è composta Stoccolma e dintorni. Ulriksdal è inoltre ben collegata anche a livello di autobus. Consiglio di acquistare l’abbonamento SL scaricando l’app SL stockholm che permette di muoversi nella città e nei dintorni di Stoccolma con tutti i mezzi (autobus, tram, metro, traghetto).

Fantastiskt fint hotell. Rent, snyggt och väldigt bekvämt. Bra service och trevlig personal.

Vi behövde äta sent, men det förstår vi också att det inte är möjligt att ha köket öppet dygnet runt.

The location was good , with excellent transport links very near. The hotel was overall very nice and well appointed. Our room was quiet. The staff were helpful & friendly.

There were a couple of small things which influenced my overall rating . We were asked to pick a time upon arrival to have breakfast each day. Even though we did this it was chaotic each day with a line of at least 20 people in the buffet queue at any given time. The hot food was at the beginning so once you reached the end of the line and then found a seat - your breakfast was cold ! Seating in the breakfast area was insufficient for the number of people and so you were forced to eat in reception as an alternative. We completely skipped breakfast on our last day because of these issues. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh linens & towels but the tea & coffee were not replenished.

We were very pleased withy the hotel - the staff were very helpful and the hotel was almost next door to the train station.

The high prices in the restaurant - only used a couple of times.

The hotel was cleaned , and the room was the same as seen on booking.com. the hotel is 2 min walk from the train station which takes you into stockholm central station and then 18 min with the express train from Arlanda Airport. We loved using the spa at the hotel, which comes with a fee. Children are permitted on weekends only. The gym was amazing, too . Very friendly staff who gave us tips for exploring the city

The breakfast was basic and the same every day . we stayed 4 days, so it's not too bad

Mooie ruime kamer met moderne inrichting. Metro station, shopping mall en Friends Arena op loopafstand.

Receptie kwam onprofessioneel over en leek weinig te weten van het hotel en de omgeving, deed wel haar best. Ingang parkeergarage lastig te vinden en geen duidelijke instructies van de receptioniste.

There is not enough space for all guests to sit in the morning for breakfast

Not as I experienced in other hotels in Stockholm either. It is boring and no good varieties to repeat every day specially when you stay over two days. The restaurant space is very narrow and not inviting. The workers in the breakfast service are very busy to finish their work than concentrate to give good service. The standard of the restaurant place and food serving didn’t much the hotels size, visitors number and location. I recommend more job to be done in relation to the restaurant.

As said above the restaurant service, food and narrowness. No YouTube service in the TV, the refrigerator didn’t work as needed even after I ask for help.
