Very nice coffee shop, right near the train lines to odori, plenty of food options in an easily walkable area. Rooms were a reasonable size for Japan.

I found the beds a little stiff but otherwise all lovely.

The location was good with convenient shops, a supermarket, and train stations close by. It was also situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the room was very spacious which is rather hard to find.

Everything was great except for the most important thing, the beds. The beds and pillows were not as comfortable considering the price we were paying and the other great amenities they had in the room. It was quite disappointing.

Quiet room. On the slightly more spacious side compared to other Japanese hotels. One thing about traveling abroad is I don't bring my coffee equipment so it was nice to be able to have a pour over coffee with a manual grinder. Did adjust the grind settings to my preference but overall a decent setup if you care about that. Beans were provided and they were better than any coffee you get on a flight. Bed was alright and amenities provided were fine. No real complaints.

Not a dislike but might be off-putting to some (like my partner) was the "raw" unfinished aesthetic of the room. Part of the flooring is concrete and the walls are bare but that's pretty minor.

Stylish hotel with comfortable rooms and a nice lounge to relax with a book or work. The breakfast and the coffee are excellent. The location is not central, but it is just 2 min walk away from the subway station, which puts the city center just 5 - 10 min away. Alternatively, 20 min walk will take you to the Susukino area. Would definitely stay there again.

While great, the breakfast has only 2 options, and it takes a while to get served, so for a long stay it can get a little tedious. The sauna seems to be always fully booked, and it is not easy to book it anyways, especially because the staff's English is a little limited.

Beautiful cafe and common spaces. Rooms are like private apartments.

Wifi service was not the best. The room layout was a little strange. A little noisy as the walls are a bit thin. The sauna must be booked and is quite expensive to reserve.

Rooms were cute and clean with lots of useful amenities. Great location as not in the tourist area but only one station away from central.
