big, well equipped and confortable :)

Very good location

Great location very close to the city centre.. Very big and comfortable for a family with young kids. Really warm and cozy.

The people didn't understand English at all, we communicated with signals and gestures. Also, the facilities need upgrading or fixing. The shower tub was clogged (although they came to fix it immediately when we told them) but the next time we showered it got clogged again completely and we just gave up. The kitchen didn't have anything to cook, some salt or oil, sugar and coffee and the burners were so slow that it was impossible to cook even a simple pasta. Overall of we didn't have the problems with the burners and the tub I'd say it's a good value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff

The apartment is located in a building with several similar apartments and is in a perfect location - just minutes from the gondola, and near fine restaurants with decent food, close to several grocery stores, places where you can buy or rent ski equipment. In the building - the pool and jacuzzi are decent, the sauna did not work. The woman who works at the reception, I forgot her name, is wonderful, helpful, always smiling and kind.

The apartment is modestly furnished and that is the main complaint - the dishes are missing, the mattresses / beds are bad. I can't believe that someone is renting out accommodation where you can't sleep / rest. In addition, the apartment is not hygienic at a satisfactory level - I believe that under the seat part of the bed in the living room there are still leftover food that we found there. So, except for the location, everything else in the apartment is for every criticism.
