Very comfortable room, very good the shuttle bus.

The breakfast looks like you have many options but you don't. No big variety of fruits or something out of eggs. Not enough for 5 star hotel. The coffee was very bud quality.

This hotel brands itself as a luxury and 5 star hotel and it quite simply is not. We booked this for our second trip to Bansko and wish we’d booked our one from before again. The beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was mediocre and it was all round a disappointing stay. They also don’t provide irons to the room for “hotel policy” and provide a service instead (which you have to pay for and organise ahead of time…) which I’ve never seen or heard of before.

The worst hotel in Bansko and the worst management i have seen, they steal from the customers.

The rooms are in great condition and very clean. Nice atmosphere within the hotel. Stunning view and cosy decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was instant when a problem occurred.

The buffet food was not up to standard. The selection was poor and hot options were limited. Hot options for breakfast were stone cold. The bread and pastries for breakfast were not fresh. Fresh fruit selection was limited. Not good value for money unfortunately. No drinks included for dinner, not even tap water.
