the location was great! and the fireplace was amazing! the room was very spacious too!

the couch looked a little dirty and we were a bit grossed out to lay on it. also should give oak wood instead of pine, since pine burns super fast. Also you pay a premium price for a junior suite with a fireplace, but when you get there you have to pay 30 leva for 6 pine logs…and again the next day….and the next…

The hotel is nice, but needs renovation! The staff is doing great. The breakfast is good.

First of all, when paying for an additional regular bed in double room ie for a third adult, it is appropriate to place him on a normal bed and not on a sofa! Next, measures should be taken to ensure that in the rooms smell of smoke. As well as part of the interior, the bathroom is on the verge of self-destruction.

Amazing location in the center of town near the gondola and all the restaurants/cafes/bars/shops. We had a spacious and comfortable bedroom and the staff were friendly. Would be the ideal location to stay at for skiing, unfortunately the weather was to warm when we were there but we did enjoy the hiking trails starting a short walk from the hotel.

The room was a bit old and dark, small windows up the wall didn’t give enough light and the room felt dull ☹️ The shower cabin was leaking at the bottom between the tiles, even when it was not in use.

comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was good with a great variety of food. the location is exceptional 3min walk from gondola. staff is helpful and friendly.

our shower had a small leakage as a result when you were taking a shower water was pouring also in the bathroom

Nice to have a firepace in a hotel room. The suite was big and stylish and very comfortable. Very nice bathroom. Balcony. Great location. Underground parking with and elevator. Uniqato is an outstanding value for the price.

Lack of equipment in the kitchen. There is a sink, electric kettle, cooktop, fridge, and microwave. 2 glass tea mugs with teabags, 2 spoons and 4 glasses are provided. No instant coffee. No dishes. No forks or knives. No cooking pots or pans. No corkscrew. Not even a bowl if you want to make popcorn in the microwave.

Everything was catered for, we were left to our own devices, and if we wanted room cleaned we simply hung the tab on the door, it was no nonsense just how I like it
