Die Bettdecken waren für meinen Geschmack zu warm. Das Licht der Microwelle ist tatsächlich sehr hell, aber nichts was ein Stück Pappe und ein Klebeband nicht erledigen können.

Tolles Zimmer, sauber, feste Matratzen, schöne Lobby, gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Alles top!

......das Apartment war klasse, geräumig, gut aufgestellt, gut sortiert, komfortabel....... das Frühstück haben wir uns selber im Apartment gemacht , die kleine Küchenzeile war dafür sehr gut ausgerüstet - prima waren die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - für unsere Wünsche war das Frühstück so perfekt........das Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz fanden wir sehr praktisch und nicht zu teuer......jeden Tag mehrmals Parkmöglichkeiten suchen und bezahlen wäre anstrengender und teurer gewesen.....

........nur eine Sache wäre zu nennen : wir fanden beide die Matratze im Doppelbett sehr unbequem und nicht gemütlich

Die Zimmer sind anscheinend alle mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet, dadurch aber erheblich kleiner als zuvor. Durch die dunkle Einrichtung wird dieser Effekt noch verstärkt. Mir hat aber insbesondere nicht gefallen, dass das Zimmer während meines 10-tägigen Aufenthalts nur einmal (!) nach drei Tagen gereinigt wurde. Am Ende reichte noch nicht einmal mehr das Toilettenpapier. Erst auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass das Zimmer erst nach sieben Tagen wieder ein zweites Mal gereinigt wird (zufälligerweise genau der Tag meiner Abreise). Nach der auf booking.com bei der Buchung und auch an der Rezeption über einen Screen erfolgenden Kommunikation werden die Zimmer alle drei Tage gereinigt. Schlechte Kommunikation und schlechter Service, was die Reinigung bei längerfristigen Aufenthalten betrifft. Beim Frühstück werden als erstes Brötchen und Croissants aufgebacken vom Vortag angeboten. Für längerfristige Aufenthalte kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Great location (walking distance from the train station). Perfect room for two of us. Loved the little studio kitchenette in the room. Great breakfast.

Completely new hotel, clean room, with kitchenette facility.

The kitchenette is new and contained even the microwave but the forks, spoons, cups were few or made of plastic (cannot be used with micro). Beside that everything is perfect

New room but seem not finish renovate yet.

The room not clean. Once I had entered the room, there is foot step and dust on the floor seem like not finish renovate. I have ask staff to change the room and he offered the last room available (which next to restaurant that you cannot open the curtain because everyone in restaurant can see you). This second room also have stain on toilet cover. i have to clean it by myself because no room available to change amymore.

Renovated modern apartment or quite new. Good parking and possible to drive in before check in. We were only one nigh there and the bus station which takes you to the Altstad is in front of hotel, which was good.

It is not that we dont like, but the window handle was kind of blocked, we couldnt lock the window. Good sound insulation of windows, but it opened during the night a few mm and we were oriented toward street with lot of ttaffic. It could be fixed, but we arrived late from the city and didnt noticed that on time. We were tired and that didn't bother us. Everything else was excelent.

The location was great, the staff was super friendly, and the room was quite spacious and very nice!

Very clean, stylish and modern. Beds were super comfy and breakfast had loads of amazingl options. Would throughly recommend.

It was really good, the only minor downside was the location as it is in a commercial park. But it's only 20mins walk to the old town which is quite pleasant if you go via KaiserStraße like we did!

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly personnel. The hotel is located near the train station and about half an hour from the city center by foot. It is somewhat expensive, but the size of the rooms and the quality of service are worth it.

Love the renovations! Adding a small kitchenette really helps with travel.

New and modern hotel with nice decoration with very clean rooms, professional and cooperative staff and reasonable prices. Rich breakfast buffet with different options. fully equipped kitchenette with all facilities in the room (such as microwave oven and dishwasher), Easy access to all parts of the city and touristic attractions by public transport; 1min walk to the nearest bus station (Montpellierbrücke) and about 10 min walk to Heidelberg Hbf. Different types of restaurants near the hotel.

There is no everyday cleaning of the rooms; I stayed for two nights so this was not a major problem for me.

Good location for those traveling by train (walking distance to the central railway station) Evidently new or freshly renovated, clean, comfortable bathroom, quality bed, kitchenette equipped with all what you'll need for a short stay. Can recommend.

Parking was hard and one night full, despite I had paid (then got a refund). The beds are horribly stiff. The rooms are quite small.

Facilities in good condition, space in the room, access to laundry, snacks and beverages available for free, cleaniless, location near train station, receptionists speak several languages, welcome drinks

Very little or nothing to watch on TV, something must have gone wrong with the cable signal. Needed to request shower towels, more coffee and sugar could be available. If you really want to cook then it might be challenging with the equipment available (I did not even try).

Good hotel for our stop to Switzerland. Great location and you need to visit the grill bar 1 minute next to the hotel . Nice friendly staff

For me personal the bed was a bit too hard but my wife liked it
