Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were even given tips on where to go. The owner even offered us massage vouchers before our flight. They let us leave our luggage and roam around the city even after our checkout time. So close to everything. They have lovely dogs who are super friendly! Such a pleasant experience.

The walk going to the homestay was a bit dark at night but no biggie really. It was still central to everything and a mere 10min walk to Alona Beach.

Property was very quiet with no loud barking dogs or chickens. The owner and employees were all very nice. Breakfast was included which is always nice!

The WiFi doesn’t reach the bedroom I stayed in.

The road to come to the house, but it's still ok

The owner (Mr. James & Ms. Emma) and staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The room itself was simply outstanding. It was spacious & immaculately clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the breakfast and we won’t forget the unlimited mineral water. We will miss Max and Louie. We weren’t able to take a photo of them. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

We really loved the place. Owner and staff are super friendly, breakfast is tasty, AC works well. Huge plus were the lovely dogs there, we adored them. There is also good WiFi connection.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation. The guests were very friendly, gave us tips for trips, amazing free breakfast, drinking water available all the time. Alona beach is in walkable distance. We could leave our things after check out and I could also use shared shower before our leave to the airport many hours after official checkout. Thank you! We had a really nice time, definitely recommend.

Emma and her family are very kind people. They helped me organize my tours all around Bohol. Cooked me delicious breakfast every morning. I stayed one month but I wish I could stay longer ❤️

Staff very young, kind and helpful. they collected our belonging that were hanged outside when it was raining in order to keep them dry. Prepared sandwiches for us when we left at very early morning. The Place is very nice submerged by plants and nature, two cute little dogs make the atmosphere more joyful. Room very big, hot shower. Ten minute by walk from Alona Beach.

The homestay is ok, but do not go there expecting a 9.something accommodation following the reviews. It's simple, tiny rooms, one shared bathroom and shower, and breakfast included. The location is ok, it takes around 10-15 minutes to reach Alona beach, but you have to go a bit around, it's not the most central in terms or restaurants or bars.

Very small room, the AC was quite old (the window mounted ones), that is super noisy.

A really nice staff, ran by family. A quiet place. Simple but good breakfast.

The room wasn't so clean. Outdated bathroom, weak pressure under shower. Small bed, if there are two people.

Its location 10 min by foot away from the beach

The staff were very friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they organised tours for us, gave us great advice about the local area and even allowed us to join their new years eve meal! The facilities themselves were very good, as the place was very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast provided was fantastic too. Finally, their two dogs Louey and Max were another big plus point. Would definitely love to return some time in the future!

Me and my boyfriend was supposed to just stay a couple nights in Bohol but because of this place we ended up staying almost one week! This was of the most cozy places we’ve stayed at in Philippines. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good brekfast included in the price. The area is very cozy and the staff was amazing! We will go back for sure!

The hotel is well located and not too far from the main strip around a 10 minute walk. The staff are friendly and the owner is super friendly. the breakfast is great with good options and the rooms are clean. They can book tours for you and they booked our boat tickets for us which saved us going to the port to buy them ourselves.

I left my iPhone charger. I asked if they could send it back to me as I will pay for the cost anyways. They made me think that they will do it but I was ignored. They didn’t send it back like they said they would. Take note, i specifically mentioned I will cover the cost. I realized, glad it was just a charger. What if it was a diamond ring, wedding ring, watch, money, wallet or something else with more value well, I’d be screwed. It is their job to make people’s stay happy but character says it all. I will never recommend this to my family and friends.
