This hotel is very nice and modern with great rooms, excellent beds and room facilities. It's a very short walk to the old town with a multitude of excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Wroclaw is a fantastic place to visit and this hotel is close to all tourist sites. It was so good wd stayed an extra night

Only complaint was that one day our room was not serviced apparently due to issues with cleaning staff.

The location was great. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

The breakfast was very expensive and very basic/standard hotel breakfast. You're better off having breakfast at a cafe nearby where it will be cheaper and you can eat amazing polish food!

The hotel is located in the city centre, which makes it perfect for tourists. The rooms are modern and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is working well.

The WiFi in our room was not working AT ALL. When we asked the receptionist for help, she told us that she cannot help us with that problem, but that we can feel free to sit down in the lobby if we want to use the Internet connection. Unacceptable for any hotel in 2023, not to mention the four-star hotel right in the city centre!

The small gym and comfort of the beds was very good.

The rooms have no refridgerator and the window of my room (415) was very small so there was little natural light.

The location was excellent, two minutes from town square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two rooms and the only thing we could mention is that one of the rooms was missing the fridge. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

In the restaurant they served a minimum piece of Meat at the price of 500 grames, they told me that I should consider the whole plate for the weight,I rejected the dish, they accepted at the moment, I paid for what I consumed but they tried to charge it to me in the check out. The woman at the desk suffered her manager until he had to offer to pay herself (of course I didnt accept). Finally I had to pay without even touching the dish. Awful situation.

Perfect location & everything is reachable with a short walk. Our room was very spacious, and quiet, the air conditioning was working without any issue. Very useful ironing rooms, and lastly: very helpful, friendly workers.

Breakfast is in theory until 10:00 but after around 09:00 the choices was rather small and the food was not being refilled.

Dinner was a disaster. Waitress on her own, first day, 8 of us came in and it was like faulty towers from start to finish. Thankfully there are lovely places to eat around the corner.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The view from window was kinda nice (street view) but it may be a bit too loud in the evening. The location is incredibily good.

Breakfast wasn't that great. Bathroom was small with a weird glass door without a lock - lack of privacy. I expected a bit more from a 4* hotel with no parking for guests (they have a partner parking across the street for 100zł per day which is a ripoff.

Location is near perfect and the hotel is very clean.

The fridge was not working, and staff rejected my request for a cup of ice. Was then told fridges are being saved for deluxe rooms only which is disappointing as have stayed here twice now. I hope to be back but this part was not great service.

Nothing to like about the hotel!

Given a small attic room when we arrived - not the superior room that we paid for. Staff were not very obliging, especially when issues were highlighted. Room was not attended to and we had to carry out our own housekeeping. Bins not emptied, towels lying around and no cleaning carried out by maid service. Beds were dirty and soiled with stain marks on one bed at head height. Issues were merely passed over by staff during our visit and when we returned, assuming they answered email complaints. Their customer services were deplorable and attempts were made for the hotel to address our concerns in a supportive manner. They merely stated that my issue is now that of booking.com and refused to take on board our concerns or indeed promote a desirable outcome for all and future users of the hotel.

if you’re traveling, you’ll have to bring your toiletries with you. there’re no tooth brush/tooth paste, shampoo, etc…

Rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was perfect and central. Staff were helpful too.

It was very noisy at night - from outside noise. Teabags/milk would be nice in the rooms.

location was perfect, literally 2 minutes around the corner and the main square was there. We only had breakfast in the hotel one morning but there was a good variety to choose from

Felt like bed mattress was too hard . Much noise coming from the streets due to down town location. Would be great to have some heater in the bathroom. Better lighting in the bathroom.

The location, where the main historical square is behind a corner. Spacious and clean room. Some (unfortunately not all) receptionist very kind.

I expected a bit more (perhaps influenced by movies). The towels were worn out, I expected lovely fluffy towels. I also expected hotel slippers and bathrobe, but found none. Linens were worn out too.
