We had a great stay in Seabreeze, the location is great, the villa has everything you need. Highly recommended!!

Collection of keys from the agency was easy.

The first problem was the front door locks of the property being so deteriorated (just like many other features of the house) that it took some time to unlock the deadbolt using the first key. Once unlocked, that door could not be deadlocked again, so we never felt secure in the property. A second key did manage to lock/unlock the secondary lock, but this too required considering mucking around, sometimes for several minutes each time. This compelled us to carry around with us an excessive number of valuable things (as opposed to leaving them in the house) and at night we moved furniture against exterior doors in order to block them. The purpose of the third key never became apparent, but each time we needed to use the unlabelled keys we needed to cycle through the keys, with locks that worked sporadically, making entrance and egress "fun" each time. The rest of the house was similarly dilapidated, apart from a couple of spots that seemed to have been DIY renovated. The house was also poorly cleaned/dusted. Upstairs balcony rail was evidently wobbly, so we limited our use of the balcony despite its magnificent bay view. A broken rocking chair, its loose pieces piled into a jumble, lay beside a set of upstairs balcony bifold doors that could not be fully opened, nor afterwards closed again. A basin's mixer tap was loosely mounted, so it required two-handed operation. Bunk bedroom had a broken piece of glass resting on the window sill, later identified to have been shot out of the window by something like a ball bearing or stone. Tons of corrosion/rust jammed the window opening mechanisms. Absurd electrical light switch positions. DIY electrician? Whole house shook whenever a light and thin person walked normally across the upstairs lounge room. Was it structurally sound? Previous customers have complained about cleanliness of the premises and linen.

The hair in the shower drains. Also the floors in the bathroom where very dirty. they had just been moped when we arrived but i think the cleaners need to change the water more often. we placed the white shower mat on the floor and the dirt off the floor was not pleasant.

Location was good

The property is good but the cleaners need to do a better job There was dust all over the house, ants and bugs crawling all over the walls and in the kitchen

Quiet location in a residential area with middle beach across the road

The sheets could have been fresher but understand it was probably made up and then hasn't been rented for a long time due to covid. In need of heating a cooling (air con). There are 2 fans and one heater. It would be cold in winter and the hot floor gets the sun heats up.
