tricky to find out about facilities such as gym, try to book a cleaner but no response. more suited to someone that stays for long periods.

The apartment was very spacious and full of light with a great view of the Marina.

The apartment had a bit of smell in the kitchen and some of the bathrooms but nothing that can’t be fixed with a window kept opened.

The apartment is very very spacious, and its location is great if you want to stay in Jumeriah. It’s so close to GBR and there are many shops located on the Plaza.

The furnitures are old, and the apartment needs to be renovated. the AC on the living room isn’t cold. I also didn’t like the cooking smell on the building.

This is a holiday home apartment that’s really huge. 4 bedrooms in addition to nanny room with bed and a baby crib. There’s also a maid room. Very spacious kitchen, dimming and living area. Overlooking the sea on the JBR opposite to the Dubai Eye. Perfect for a large group going together. You get 2 parking stalls. The building is quiet getting in and out is easy. Can walk to all the Restaurants and beach activities at JBR. can walk to Marina Mall as well. The staff is responsive to your needs. Trouble shooting on WhatsApp is immediate. It worths the money specially if you want to stay longer.
