We paid full price due to our booking but the same rooms were actually on special at half price. Restaurant not open for lunch and didn’t open to 6 pm. We arrived mid afternoon very hungry and there was nowhere to go as so isolated

Affordable and tasty food. Friendly staffs with great car parks that are just close to our rooms.

No access to the sea, the beachfront is a private property and the only leisure activity possible for a toddler was to play with sand

Beautiful view. Pool was great for the kids. Room was good and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Price was excellent. Restaurant available on site. Food is great!

Very slow internet. Not surprising for an island but could not get connected in our room. Only one out of three slides in the pool were working. But pool was very nice, lounge chairs were excellent and comfortable.

room spacious, clean, great mattresses, rainwater shower, hot water and air-conditioning working fine. staff very friendly and do the best they can. When I asked, the chef even made me a salad with chicken although this was not on the extensive menu.

1. communication especially about prices in a message upfront, I was told the taxi to Sigatoka is 10FJD. When booking from the hotel is was 15. Organizing my own taxi the meter showed 9 FJD both Sigatoka to the hotel and for the pickup from the hotel. The menu said the basic breakfast was included. I asked and the waitress confirmed it's included. At check out I was charged 15 FJD for it. 2. communication / service: Wine is sold by the bottle for 39 FJD. Asking about what wine it is, the waitress doesn't know, but brings the bottles. Turns out they have 2 different red wines, one is a really poor brand for 14FJD in the shop, the other somewhat better shop price 19 FJD. If you order, you are not asked which wine you would like but get any of these two very different options. 3. atmosphere The whole place looks uninspired. No decoration in the rooms, the furniture worn. The restaurant is a big hall. The pool is outside the restaurant on a concrete platform with sun beds. No shade, no sun umbrellas, nowhere a table where you could sit outside. 4. food: average

Where to begin … yes we stayed in one of the villas and yes it was raining heavily … but … honestly … there wasn’t a huge amount to like about the site … Massage was nice the Fijian hosts where nice but the Indian staff where all business and rude at times …

water damage to walls and ceiling of the villa we stayed insect and cockroach problem, no hot water, scary electrical issues, very noisy, dirty guests I suspect causes a lot of the issues with glass and mess around the premises and staff doing best they can … but honestly wouldn’t class the site a three star it would barely bring in a two star food was expensive … the breakfast was poor … anything like the usual eggs or such was extra … towels are guarded like they are gold … and … to top it all off the roof had holes so was getting drops of rain on me all night … beds where low and very uncomfortable.. showers and toilet situation was small and … uncomfortable air conditioning a building with Louvres that don’t fit or close seems like a waste of time but thankful 3/10 honestly …

Location was great. Villas are a great size. View from pool is lovely.

Loved the fact that you could either swim in the pool or at the beach which was very close by.

The kitchen/restaurant. Waited over an hour for our lunch to be ready. At dinner we couldn't even put in an order so we had to go to Sigatoka just to find something to eat.

* Limited selection of breakfast. * A piece of the fruit comes with breakfast. We were not advised of the fruit/additional food - had allergic requirement. * Cockroaches crawled on our bed. * Bathroom flooded as soon as opened our shower. Water sipped underneath the shower box across to the other side of the toilet.

it needs lot of attention eg: faulty doors, no hangers, uncomfortable sofas and no laundry in the premises

We had breakfast included. One tip is ask for the cereal you want first and tell them to wait before they bring the cooked breakfast otherwise everything comes at once. The Pools is kept well and is a decent size.

It was a premium room which was lovely but there is a design flaw that the roof of the restaurant is so high that it blocks the sea view in certain rooms. Some Kayaks would have been nice to go along the coral coast in, it's hard to walk on the small beach and unless you snorkel you disturb the coral.
