The staff was awesome! Everything I needed was at a fingertip or request.

The buggy’s weren’t always available so I had to walk some places or was late to breakfast before an excursion which really sucked. It’s clear that if you pay for all inclusive, that they want you to lose your meals and pay twice for it while in town. There should be a special breakfast set up for us before we leave. There isn’t time to eat before or when you actually get to where you’re going.

Overall great resort and people. The dockets system was very good. Better than any other resort we’ve been too. Malani from watersports great customer services and the Duty protection and medical staff amazing. All the staff were friendly and great.

Communication on the phone needed to be better. Deep sea fishing prices at the watersports are exorbitant—a rip-off. Need to re-evaluate the prices. Need to make it clear about the grey lounge chairs if anyone can use them especially the ones infront of the lower rooms. Different views from different staff. Bought a prepackaged food meal and it wasn't added to the system when we went to the restaurants so I had some food charges which shouldn't have been on the bill . Lucky I had my food card when we went to the restaurants.

Amazing resort! Have stayed here with our two daughters two years in a row and came back this year to get married there we loved it so much. Staff make a point to remember who you are and are so lovely and welcoming. Great buffet breakfast and food options. I am gluten free and they had plenty of options. Can’t wait to come back. We will be back for our anniversary!

The location and the hotel itself. The bures are amazing, just by the beach. It’s like living in paradise. The staff were super friendly. They upgraded to a bure by the beach due to our honeymoon.

For dinner there are 3 restaurants, but only one is really worthy: the fish bar, which is also the most expensive one.

the property is exceptional. We go every year and we're married there. That it's Fijian Owned and that the staff are happy and friendly

there isn't anything we don't like or else we would keep going back.

The way the all inclusive worked. It was very particular about having this or not being able to have that. Why they don’t include all the restaurants is beyond me.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. The lagoon facing room was worth every penny! The staff were very helpful and made us feel special! Fish bar/pool was the perfect place to chill and hang out during the day for a swing and snack. Just a tip that you’re better off buying individual items for lunch and dinner instead of the buffet for dinner at goji. Also had dinner at Lagoon House, which was delicious, half/half pizza was a good shout!

The rooms were spacious & clean with nice views wherever you're located. The water in the lagoon is beautiful and lovely for swimming if the pool lounges were all taken up. The food in every restaurant was really nice & the buffet breakfast was fantastic - the bottomless mimosa station is a treat! Also the spa is amazing. The treatment prices were high but it was worth it, very professional & very relaxing.

Unsure if it was just our stay but it was very windy which affects the water activites available. We weren't able to take out the kayaks almost all 5 days of our stay. With over 200 rooms the resort caters to a lot of guests & with only 2 pools we found that it was a bit of a scramble for lounges if you wanted to hang out by the pool as well. Often we would walk by and there would be no spaces left, by 11am. People would also 'reserve' the adults only pool cabanas before breakfast making it impossible if you're hoping for a swim any later in the day. If you don't like lots of people this probably isn't the resort for you. Also considering the isolated location, i'd have expected more activities included with our room rate than was available.

Buffet breakfast was delicious . Plenty of range and choices and catered for a wide range We couldn’t fault any of our meals. They were all great The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Fantastic location, excellent food and amazing Fijian hospitality. Hotel staff were exceptional and displayed true Fijian hospitality. At checkin, they initially assigned us our room. However when my daughter showed the lady at reception a video of the room she wanted from Instagram, she accommodated and gave us the room that my daughter wanted.

Sea lice and what seemed to be no creams or warnings or satisfactory mitigation. I got badly bitten whilst swimming across the lagoon from the restaurant over to the opposite beach one morning, around 11am. Next time , I'll bring my full body 3mm wet suit....

Verschwendung von Geld und Zeit auf jeder Ebene. Das Personal war zwar freundlich aber sehr langsam. Auf alles musste man warten, wenn es nicht vollständig vergessen wurde. Die grösste Entäuschung war der Meerzugang. Die künstliche Lagune war mehr eine Pfütze als etwas anderes. Schön zum anschauen aber zum baden ungeeignet. Strand gibt es keinen. Die Schönheit Fijis findet man hier bei Weitem nicht. Das Essen ist bestenfalls auf dem Stand einer zweitklassigen Kantine. Auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne wert. Für den unglaublichen Preis hätte ich mir deutlichst mehr erhofft. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Man findet wunderbare Unterkünfte für halb so viel Geld mit der doppelten Grösse, wie das Zimmer, in welches ich danach geflüchtet bin.

The views and landscapes were beautiful, lovely rooms that were very private and well appointed. The resort layout was well suited to those seeking privacy but also for families with large separations between standalone bure's and apartment style rooms near the family pool. The Adults Pool and Fish Bar were exceptional for location/views/sunsets and enjoyment. Staff were very friendly and focused on meeting guest requests. Buffet breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard and exceeded expectation for quality and variety. Great service.

Some days were a bit short staffed at the Adults pool area, some wait times. The card system for signing off on the dinner package was a little annoying, sometimes we forgot to use and sometimes the restaurant forgot to signoff. The Marriot needs to move to the QR code ordering based system to overcome these service issues.

All in food package was generally disappointing- we did have a few flavoursome tastes but did not look forward to eating. Alcohol was pretty pricey and we were charged additional 100 fjd for VAT on final drinks bill! Lagoon was lovely but lots of rubbish in the water- not as well kept as gardens,
